Slowly increase the pressure to

required client test pressure. Use
water not well fluid.
The wellhead cap must only
removed by VICO personnel or at
direct supervision.
Install wellhead adapter correctly
Drain test pressure from equipment
by drain valve carefully.

Ensure that all treating lines are

secured. All personnel are removed
from the area when pressure
testing. During Pumping operations
all personnel should stay clear of all
treating lines, and the area of the
rotating swivel on the tubing power
spool.

Never allow contact of unprotected

parts of body with liquid as well as
vapours.
Liquid should not be allowed to
contact carbon steels or plastics as
they will become brittle and fracture
