Polar

Can move only in horizontal

(x-dir) and vertical (y-dir).

Applied when the distance

and angle are known.

Lets draw together:

Use Snap and Grid modes.

Toggle between Ortho and Polar modes.

Place the dimensions accordingly.

Repeat the previous exercise:

a) Place all dimensions in a dim layer. Use Layer

manager and Osnap (endpoint).
b) Label all corners with points (dtext, copy,and
then edit) and write Arrow as a text (dtext) on
the model space. Place all texts in another layer.

c) Label all point coordinates (dimordinate/dor).

d) Use pline (poly-line). Explode the Arrow.

And then joint them back using pedit.

Click any line, all lines will be selected. Now,

explode the pline. What do you observe?

Reconnect the lines using pedit.
