Booking the stall in AgXchange Pavilion

Video Display
Video featuring foreigners need to be put up. A video can be made in which Eugene can
talk about the technology. We will have to put subtitles or dub the content in Hindi. The
video can contain the following sectionso

Product Technology- Patented Technology, years of research, can talk about the
scientist who discovered this technology, explanation on how the technology
works.

Product: The three stages of application will be explained. Product and Product
packaging will be shown. Product benefits will be discussed

Field Trial Results: Field trial results will be shown across different countries
including India. The video should keep explaining the results of these field trials to
engage customer interest.

Product Demo
Certain plants can be chosen which will best reflect the results of product application.
Performance of such plants can be shown against control by setting up a demo corner in
the stall where these plants can be put up. About 8-10 plants can be used. To show the
root development, germinated plants can be transplanted into transparent plant gel. The
product demos can be tagged according to the visible product benefits.

Product Display
AT the centre of our stall, we can display our products. The display of product packaging
and pack sizes would help to register the look and feel of our product in the minds of
farmers

Product Samples and Freebies


Product samples can be given to the farmers. However, distributing the product samples
might become too chaotic. Moreover, keeping 1000 bottles in the stall would take up a
lot of space since ours is a small stall.
We should rather keep only limited samples (200-500) on everyday basis and can
distribute them during non-peak hours only (may be 2 hours in morning and 2 hours after
lunch). This would give us enough time to explain the usage to the farmers and we will be
able to manage the crowd as well.
Freebies such as pens or small paper/jute bags with company name and logo can be given
as promotional take-away material.

Farmer Database
We can note down the details of the farmers, dealers and distributors who express
interest in our product. Someone from our team can keep taking down these details

A discussion desk with 4 chairs can be kept in the stall for discussion with dealers and
