To begin with I would like to extend a warm welcome to
you at PTC. I would also like to congratulate you for being
selected to join a global leader of PLM (Product Lifecycle
Management) software and solutions.
PTC has its head office in Needham, Massachusetts, USA.
Established in 1985, PTC has worked at the forefront of
PLM technologies since then. The ever-expanding product
families and customer base are a testament to our
commitment to product development excellence.
Ever since I joined the company in 2000, I have witnessed
a passion amongst all employees to make PTC a global
leader in its space. Soon enough, the passion rubbed off
against me and today I am one of the many employees of
PTC giving my best to take this company from strength to

Your work place is open for 24 hours, 365 days and has
secured access.
Flexible work hours allow you to choose your work hours so that
you work when you are sharpest and able to produce your highest
quality and quantity of work. You may schedule your own work
hours daily, subject to your group's limitations and your manager's
consent, but this Flexible hours do not always apply. Remember
that "your" flextime also needs to be in tandem with your colleagues
and manager's schedules. Ensure that work commitments,
meetings, delivery schedules, etc., do not suffer because of your
absence at critical times.

We have a cafeteria for snacks, lunch and dinner which is open after
working hours also.
We have well equipped training rooms, conference rooms and video
conferencing facility.
PTC's Fitness Center ensures that employees are well fit and
encourages all to make use of the fitness centre. It is open on
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as well.
PTC's Software Library is availble with IT. For any suggestions realted to
software libarary you may contact IT.
ICICI help desk
PTC has this help desk to help employees open salary accounts.
Salary Payment
PTC Salary is paid on the last working day of the month. Salary will be
electronically deposited at ICICI Bank; Bund Garden Road. PTC
employees are exempted from the bank's 'Minimum Balance' clause.z

Regional Language: Marathi.

Tra n s p o r t
Pune Municipal Transport is the common means of public transport.
The bus service covers all of Pune, including suburbs.
As buses are crowded, traveling by Auto rickshaw saves time. All
Autos are metered, the minimum fare being Rs. 10/-. To travel
outside city limits and after 12 AM Autos charge 50% over the meter
reading.

One can hire private taxis from the small car segment on a
day-to-day basis. The average rental per day varies between Rs. 800
to 1400/- for 8 hours up to 80 kms. Every extra hour costs Rs. 75/-,
and every extra km travelled costs Rs 6-9/-.

Luxury bus service provided by the Pune Municipal Corporation with
the help of Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC)
