Association for Language Arts Teachers of New Jersey (ATLATNJ), Bernardsville, New Jersey as the firm to provide
educational consulting services, ELA - PARCC Assessment and Common Core - for the Hoboken School District. This
professional service contract was procured through a fair and open process pursuant to P.L. 2005, c.271, for a total
of 16 days of consulting during the period beginning January 14, 2015 and ending June 30, 2015, is awarded to
ATLATNJ, Bernardsville, New Jersey at the fee of $30,000.00, as set forth in the proposal.
The Board publicly advertised for Requests for Proposals on November 28, 2014 in the Star Ledger; responses were
to be received by the District by December 18, 2014. The District posted this notice on its website throughout this
period, under Educational Consultant - ELA. Proposals were received from one (1) respondent.
Note: Funding for this contract to come from TITLE IIA (NCLB Grant)
