I have honor to refer to you here with case of violation Article
286(Grave Coercion) for your evaluation and proper disposition where in the
position accused of:

Suspect:
Arnold Macabunga y Kupot, 33 yrs old, Jobless and presently residing at Lot
37 baranggay Dulum Teresa Rizal.

Complainant:
Diego Sumulong y Abante, 47 yrs old, Bussinessman and presently residing
at
Lot 27 baranggay May-Iba Teresa Rizal

Fact of the case:

Investigsation conducted showed that on or about 9:00 am

of
December 30 2014 along 57 st. May-Iba Teresa Rizal, Above named the
suspect , the complainant while walking on the road on his way to the TODA
election (former TODA President) the suspect approach him and forcefully
hold the complainant and told him that he wont allow to attend the TODA
election. Complainant struggle to free himself but the suspect hold him
tightly for 3 hours. When the suspect freed the compalainant he go along to
the TODA election but the election is over. Hence there is a Illegal grounds to
charge the suspect for Violation of Article 286(Grave Coercion), this case will
be presented to you by PO1 Malik and PO2 Tomba.

2.In connection of the above cited of reference please be informed that on or
above December 31 PO2 Tomba and PO1 Malik arrested a person of Arnold
Macabunga y Kupot, 33 yrs old , Jobless and presently residing at Lot 37
baranggay Dulum Teresa Rizal. Committed on or about Dec. 30,2014 along
57 st. May-Iba Teresa Rizal, the complainant come to our station for
complaining that the suspect was forcefully hold him and tld him that he
wont come to the TODA election in their Community.

nanonood ng telebisyon may pumasok sa aming bahay at hinahanap ang
kanayang nobya at ng sinabi q na wala ditto ang kanyang nobya nag pumilit
pa rin siyang pumasok at pinipigilan ko siya ngunit hindi siya nag papigil kay
ako tumawag ng mga pulis at sya ay na aresto.

Affidavit of Arrest
We PO1 Osman T. Malik and PO2 Pato C. Tomba of both legal age
member of PNP and presently assigned at Teresa Police Station, after having
seen duty sworn state the ff. wit:
That on or about 9:00 am December 30 2014 a complainant identified as
Digeo Sumulong 47 yrs old, Bussinessman and native of Teresa Rizal and
residing at Lot 27 May-iba Teresa Rizal come to our office to file a complaint
against the suspect Arnold Macabung 33 yrs old jobless and native of
Albay,Legazpi and residing at Lot 37 baranggay Dulum, Teresa Rizal for
having liable for Article 286 known as Grave Coercion.
That accordingly on the above T.D.P.C the above named suspect was
forcefully hold the complainant and told that the complainant wont be able
to attend the foregoing election of their Toda organization and after that
incident the the complainant come to our office and file a complain, we
conduct an investigation and go to the house of the suspect to invite him to
our station for the his statement.
That based on foregoing facts above named suspect was charged at Article
286(Grave Coercions).

That , aftre we informed his constitutional rights and subssequently brought

him to the hospital for medical checked up and his is in good physical and
medical condition free from any sickness or infection.
In complainant wherefor, we have here unto set our hands below this 31 st
day of December 2014 at the city of Teresa,Rizal Philippines.
