Accessing airOS
1. Make sure that your host machine is connected to the LAN
that is connected to the Ubiquiti device (as shown on the
previouspage).
2. Configure the Ethernet adapter on your host system with a
static IP address on the 192.168.1.x subnet (e.g. 192.168.1.100).
3. Launch your web browser. Type https://192.168.1.20 in the
address field and press enter (PC) or return (Mac).

4. Enter ubnt in the Username and Password fields. Select your

country from the Country drop-down. To use the product you
must agree to the terms of use. To do so, click I agree to these
terms of use. Click Login.
Note: The country that the product is being used in
should be selected from the Country drop-down. U.S.
product versions are locked to the U.S. Country Code to
ensure compliance with FCC regulations.

The airOS Configuration Interface will appear, allowing you to

customize your settings as needed.

Devices must be professionally installed and it is the professional
installer's responsibility to make sure the device is operated within
local country regulatory requirements.

Since Ubiquiti Networks equipment can be paired with a variety

of antennas and cables, the Antenna Gain, Cable Loss, and Output
Power fields are provided to the professional installer to assist in
meeting regulatory requirements.

Electrical Safety Information

1. Compliance is required with respect to voltage, frequency, and current
requirements indicated on the manufacturers label. Connection to a
different power source than those specified may result in improper
operation, damage to the equipment or pose a fire hazard if the limitations
are not followed.
2. There are no operator serviceable parts inside this equipment. Service
should be provided only by a qualified service technician.
3. This equipment is provided with a detachable power cord which has an
integral safety ground wire intended for connection to a grounded safety
outlet.
a. Do not substitute the power cord with one that is not the provided
approved type. Never use an adapter plug to connect to a 2-wire outlet
as this will defeat the continuity of the grounding wire.
b. The equipment requires the use of the ground wire as a part of the
safety certification, modification or misuse can provide a shock hazard
that can result in serious injury or death.
c. Contact a qualified electrician or the manufacturer if there are questions
about the installation prior to connecting the equipment.
d. Protective earthing is provided by Listed AC adapter. Building
installation shall provide appropriate short-circuit backup protection.
e. Protective bonding must be installed in accordance with local national
wiring rules and regulations.

Limited Warranty

Limited Warranty
UBIQUITI NETWORKS, Inc (UBIQUITI NETWORKS) warrants that the product(s)
furnished hereunder (the Product(s)) shall be free from defects in material
and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment by
UBIQUITI NETWORKS under normal use and operation. UBIQUITI NETWORKS
sole and exclusive obligation and liability under the foregoing warranty shall
be for UBIQUITI NETWORKS, at its discretion, to repair or replace any Product
that fails to conform to the above warranty during the above warranty period.
The expense of removal and reinstallation of any Product is not included in this
warranty. The warranty period of any repaired or replaced Product shall not
extend beyond its original term.

Warranty Conditions
The above warranty does not apply if the Product:
(I)

has been modified and/or altered, or an addition made thereto, except by

Ubiquiti Networks, or Ubiquiti Networks authorized representatives, or as
approved by Ubiquiti Networks in writing;

(II)

has been painted, rebranded or physically modified in any way;

(III) has been damaged due to errors or defects in cabling;

(IV) has been subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence, abnormal physical,
electromagnetic or electrical stress, including lightning strikes, or
accident;
(V) has been damaged or impaired as a result of using third party firmware;
(VI) has no original Ubiquiti MAC label, or is missing any other original Ubiquiti
label(s); or
(VII) has not been received by Ubiquiti within 30 days of issuance of the RMA.
In addition, the above warranty shall apply only if: the product has been
properly installed and used at all times in accordance, and in all material
respects, with the applicable Product documentation; all Ethernet cabling runs
use CAT5 (or above), and for outdoor installations, shielded Ethernet cabling is
used, and for indoor installations, indoor cabling requirements are followed.

Returns
No Products will be accepted for replacement or repair without obtaining a
Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from UBIQUITI NETWORKS during
the warranty period, and the Products being received at UBIQUITI NETWORKS
facility freight prepaid in accordance with the RMA process of UBIQUITI
NETWORKS. Products returned without an RMA number will not be processed
and will be returned freight collect or subject to disposal. Information on the
RMA process and obtaining an RMA number can be found at:

lackiert, mit neuem Branding versehen oder in irgendeiner Weise physisch

verndert wurde;

(III) aufgrund von Fehlern oder Mngeln bei der Verkabelung beschdigt
wurde;
(IV) durch unsachgeme Verwendung, Missbrauch, Fahrlssigkeit,
ungewhnliche physikalische, elektromagnetische oder elektrische
Belastungen, einschlielich Blitzschlag, oder ein Missgeschick gelitten hat;
(V) aufgrund der Verwendung von Firmware eines Drittanbieters beschdigt
oder beeintrchtigt wurde; oder
(VI) kein original Ubiquiti MAC-Etikett besitzt oder wenn andere original
Ubiquiti-Etiketten fehlen;
(VII) nicht innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Ausstellung der Rcksendenummer
(Return Materials Authorization, RMA) bei Ubiquiti eingetroffen ist.
Darber hinaus gilt diese Garantie nur unter den folgenden Voraussetzungen:

La instalacin de los dispositivos debe correr a cargo de un
profesional cualificado. Es responsabilidad del instalador

normativa del pas.

Puesto que el equipo Ubiquiti Networks puede utilizarse con

diferentes antenas y cables, se incluyen los campos Antenna Gain
(Ganancia de antena), Cable Loss (Prdida de cable) y Output
Power (Potencia de salida) para ayudar al instalador a cumplir la
normativa.
Nota: Para los pases de la UE, el instalador tiene la

UBIQUITI NETWORKS, Inc ("UBIQUITI NETWORKS") garantiza que los productos

de defectos de material o fabricacin durante el periodo de un (1) ao a partir de

Condiciones de la garanta
La garanta mencionada anteriormente no se aplicar si los Productos:
(I)

se han modificado, alterado o transformado por personas ajenas a Ubiquiti

Networks, que no hayan sido autorizadas o aprobadas por Ubiquiti Networks, o
que no cuenten con la autorizacin por escrito de Ubiquiti Networks;

(II)

se han pintado, renombrado o modificado fsicamente de alguna manera;

(III)

se han daado debido a errores o defectos en los cables;

(IV) se han utilizado de forma indebida, se han sometido a sobrecargas fsicas,

electromagnticas o elctricas fuera de lo normal, incluidas las descargas
producidas por la cada de un rayo, o han sufrido daos debido a negligencia o
accidente de cualquier tipo;
(V)

se han daado o estropeado a consecuencia del uso de software de terceros; o

(VI) no incluyen la etiqueta original de Ubiquiti MAC, o les falta cualquier otra
etiqueta original de Ubiquiti.
(VII) no han sido recibidos por Ubiquiti en un plazo de 30 das desde la emisin del
RMA.
Adems, la garanta mencionada anteriormente solo se aplicar s: el producto se ha
instalado correctamente y se ha utilizado siempre, y en todos los aspectos materiales,
segn lo estipulado en la documentacin correspondiente del Producto; la red
Ethernet utiliza cables CAT5 (o superiores), las instalaciones para el exterior emplean
cables Ethernet blindados y las instalaciones para el interior hacen uso de cables

Devoluciones
No se aceptar la reparacin o sustitucin de un Producto si este no cuenta con un
nmero de autorizacin para la devolucin de materiales (RMA) emitido por UBIQUITI
NETWORKS durante el periodo de la garanta; los Productos se debern enviar a la
fbrica de UBIQUITI NETWORKS con el franqueo pagado, conforme al proceso RMA
de UBIQUITI NETWORKS. Aquellos Productos devueltos sin un nmero RMA no sern
procesados y se devolvern a portes debidos o bien se desecharn. Para obtener ms

3. Lancez votre navigateur Web et tapez https://192.168.1.20

La garantie susmentionne est nulle est non avenue si le Produit a t :
(I)

modifi ou altr (notamment par le biais d'un ajout) par des personnes

ou qui ont t approuvs par UBIQUITI NETWORKS par crit ;

(II)

repeint ou a subi une modification du logo ou toute autre altration

(IV) soumis un usage inadapt ou abusif, une ngligence ou une contrainte
physique, lectrique ou lectromagntique inhabituelle, notamment la
foudre, ou tout autre type d'accident ;
(V) endommag suite l'utilisation du micrologiciel d'une tierce partie ;
(VI) reu par UBIQUITI NETWORKS sans l'tiquette d'origine o figure le
numro MAC Ubiquiti ou toute autre tiquette d'origine Ubiquiti (qu'elle
ait t perdue ou qu'elle ne figurait pas sur le produit au moment de
l'achat).
(VII) livr dans les locaux d'UBIQUITI NETWORKS plus de 30 jours aprs
l'mission du numro de retour de matriel (RMA).
En outre, la garantie susmentionne s'applique uniquement dans la mesure o:
le Produit a t correctement install et utilis tout moment conformment

Les Produits doivent tre envoys UBIQUITI NETWORKS en fret prpay,

Condizioni di garanzia
La suddetta garanzia non sia applica nei seguenti casi:
(I)

sono state apportate modifiche, alterazioni o aggiunte al Prodotto, tranne

in caso di modifiche, alterazioni o aggiunte eseguite da Ubiquiti Networks
o da rappresentanti autorizzati Ubiquiti Networks o in altro modo
approvate da Ubiquiti Networks per iscritto;

(II)

il Prodotto stato dipinto, sottoposto a un cambio di marchio o

modificato in qualsiasi modo;

(III) il Prodotto stato danneggiato a causa di errori o difetti di cablaggio;

(IV) il Prodotto stato soggetto a uso improprio, abuso, negligenza, tensione
fisica, elettrica o elettromagnetica, inclusi scariche di fulmini o incidenti;
(V) il Prodotto stato danneggiato o compromesso in seguito all'utilizzo di
firmware di terze parti; o qualora
(VI) il Prodotto non presenta l'etichetta originale Ubiquiti MAC o qualsiasi altra
etichetta originale Ubiquiti;
(VII) il Prodotto non stato ricevuto da Ubiquiti entro 30 giorni dalla data di
emissione dell'RMA.
Inoltre, la suddetta garanzia si applica solo se: il Prodotto stato installato
correttamente e utilizzato sempre in conformit, e nel rispetto di tutti i materiali,
alla documentazione del Prodotto applicabile;tutti i cavi Ethernet utilizzano
un'opzione di cablaggio schermata CAT5 (o superiore); vengono utilizzati cavi
schermati Ethernet per le installazioni esterne e vengono osservati i requisiti di
cablaggio interno per le installazioni interne.

Resi
Non sar accettato alcun Prodotto per la sostituzione o la riparazione senza
l'assegnazione di un numero RMA (Return Materials Authorization) da UBIQUITI
NETWORKS durante il periodo di garanzia. Inoltre, i Prodotti devono essere
restituiti tramite spedizione prepagata nella struttura di UBIQUITI NETWORKS
conformemente alla procedura RMA stabilita da UBIQUITI NETWORKS. I Prodotti
restituiti senza un numero RMA non saranno elaborati e verranno restituiti con
