Hotel Sponsorship for New Overseas Buyers

The HKTDC will sponsor your hotel accommodation in Hong Kong of up to HKD4,000 (approx. USD510) when you
stay in one of our pre-selected hotels during the nights of 1-8 March 2015 (inclusive).

Your company and you MUST be an OVERSEAS TRADE BUYER for the Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show 2015 (HKIDGPS) and Hong
Kong International Jewellery Show 2015 (HKIJS) (i.e. your company or you did not visit the 2014 edition of the fairs) in order to be entitled to the above
sponsorship programme.
HKIDGPS and HKIJS are open for business visitors only where visitors under the age of 18 will not be admitted.
Exhibitors of HKIDGPS & HKIJS are not eligible for the above sponsorship programme.
The Hotel Sponsorship is offered to Pre-Approved overseas trade buyers only.
If your company or you have applied for Air + Hotel Package, Travel Reimbursement or any other buyer sponsorship programmes of HKIDGPS and HKIJS,
applications for this sponsorship will not be processed.
Applications shall be made by email to hkjewelry.visitor@hktdc.org with completed application form, credit card details and business card copies on or before
2 February 2015.
Each company is entitled to only one room at one hotel from 1 8 March 2015 (inclusive). This offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis and subject
to room availability.
If your company information is not the same as on the hotel sponsorship application form; or company information provided in the application form is incorrect,
HKTDC reserves the rights to void this sponsorship without prior notice. All hotel charges will be settled on your account.
Your company information and personal particulars must be identical to the information on your application form and passport.
You must show up at the HKIDGPS 2015 / HKIJS 2015 and complete a questionnaire when collecting the Hotel Sponsorship Voucher at the Buying Mission
Service Counter. The person collecting the Hotel Voucher and the stamps must be the same person applying for this programme.
Acknowledgement Letter, the original copy of passport with landing slip, boarding pass, air ticket receipt and business card MUST BE presented
upon the collection of hotel voucher and stamps.
You are required to complete Buyer Experience Programme.
The sponsorship rate depends on the number of stamps you collected on your hotel voucher and the maximum rate is HKD4,000. Successful applicants
applying for sponsorship valued HKD3,000 or more are required to visit both fairs in order to enjoy the sponsorship.
Hotel will levy one-night charge on your credit card if you do not show up on the specified date.
If the choice of hotel is fully booked, HKTDC will designate a hotel to the applicant.
HKTDC reserves the rights to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the sponsorship programme without any prior notice. In case of disputes
over this sponsorship programme, the decision of HKTDC shall be final and binding.

I agree that the above information may be used by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) for incorporation in all or any of its database for direct marketing and
business matching (and may therefore become available to the public within and/or outside of Hong Kong for use by them), and for any other purposes as stated in the Privacy
Policy Statement (available at http://www.hktdc.com/mis/pps/en). I confirm that I have the consent of each individual's name in this form to release their personal data for the
purposes stated herein. I also accept that the credit card information provided are solely for the purpose of applying for hotel accommodation for the aforementioned event handled
by the respective hotel. HKTDC will purge the said credit card information after the event.
