HEAD ADJUSTMENT
The head is delivered already adjusted for the type of closure ordered by the
Customer and does not require further adjustment. If necessary, carry out a
new adjustment by following the operations described below.

FAULT

Interference with the con

lifting mechanism, other.
The fastening screw of the
sliding bush has not been

REMEDY
Identify the reason hinder
ing the lifting and remedy it.

FAULT
CAUSE
The cap is cut on the Too much pressure on the
thread.
threading rollers.
Threading rollers are locked
(seized up).
REMEDY
Adjust the pressure of the
threading rollers.
Manually check the rotation
and the sliding of threading
rollers. If they are locked,
dismount them, clean them
and lubricate them.
Check the height of the
head.
Check the operating of
springs (M) of the caps
positioning device.
