JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF MARIA BUENO

I, MARIA BUENO, 53 years old, married, Filipino and a
resident of Barangay Corona, Molo, Iloilo City, Philippines,
after having been duly sworn into in accordance with law, do
hereby depose:
Testimony of the Witness

Question 1: Do you swear to tell the truth and nothing but

the truth in the matters you are going to testify today?
Answer

1: Yes, maam.

Question 2: Can you tell me your name, age, nationality,

civil status, profession and current address?
Answer 2: I am Maria Bueno, 53 years old, married,
Filipino, from Barangay Corona, Molo, Iloilo City, Philippines
and I am currently a housewife.

Question 3: Do you know a certain Juan Alcantara?

Answer

3: Yes I do.

Question 4: Can you narrate to me what happened during

the 30th day of December, 2014?
Answer 4: On the 30th day of December, about four
oclock in the afternoon, when I was watering the plants in
front of our house, Juan Alcantara passed by my house who I
noticed was in the state of drunkenness. After seeing me, he
shouted at me threatening me to kill me. Afraid of him and in
shock, I immediately went inside the house and advised my
children not to go outside after said Juan Alcantara is out of
sight.

Question 5: Why did he pass at your house that day?

Answer 5: It was usual for him to pass by at our house
before arriving at his residence.

Question 6: Why did he threatened to kill you that day?

Answer 6: I do not know the reason why he wants to kill
me. In fact, I was just watering the plants in front of my
house until he arrived and saw me. I did not do anything to
him during that day, nor prior to that incident.

Question 7: Do you think Juan Alcantara is capable of

committing such crime?

Answer 7: Yes, I do. In fact, he is a habitual drunkard and

is feared all over the barangay because of his bullying
attitude.

Question 8: Do you have some other things that you want

to say?
Answer

8: Nothing more.

herein offered in evidence are in my possession. I therefore
authenticate that the copies of documents herein mentioned
are true copies of the originals which I now possess.
