INSPIRE 2015
On Saturday, January 24, 2015, the East Tennessee Continuing Lay
Training will host The Inspire 2015 conference held at Lenior City
First Church of the Nazarene. This 3 1/2 hour event will provide
practical helps for modern ministers. Whether youre leading
childrens church, tackling a building project or starting a
community outreach, our workshop speakers will help increase your
effectiveness in ministry. Contact the church office for information.
CHATTANOOGA HOLINESS CONVENTION
January 18-21 at Battlefield Church of the Nazarene with Dr.
Stephen Manley . We will have regularly scheduled services here at
Grace Church Sunday night and Wednesday night, but we
encourage everyone to attend this special series of services each
night.
MISSION TRIP
One of our Grace teens, Marissa Lewis, has been selected by
SCORE International to travel to Panama on a mission trip through
her school. She needs sponsors to give financial assistance. SCORE
International is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a
non-profit religious foundation. Please see Marissa for more
information.
SANCTITY OF HUMAN LIFE DAY
National Sanctity of Human Life Day is celebrated on January 18,
2015. National Sanctity of Human Life Day is an observance
declared by several U.S. Presidents who opposed abortion. President
Ronald Reagan designated January 22, 1984 as the first National
Sanctity of Human Life Day. The date was chosen to coincide with
the 11th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court case that
first recognized the constitutionally-protected status of abortion in
the United States.

Anyone interested in knowing more about the Church of the
Nazarene and/or would like to become a member of Grace Church
