Function of company affairs:
Company affairs department is responsible to collect and regulate the information about
all listed company and supervision following process:

Right Issue
Listing Company
Buy back
Liquidity
Merger
Listing
Delisting
Bonus issue

Duties performed in company affairs department

During my internship in company affairs department that include in the market


operational division I prepared the listed company profile and renew the data
according to the provide information by the companies

I keenly observed and

learnt all these above mentioned different processes. Through working in company
affairs I gain so much practical knowledge that will help me during my practical life.

Right Issue Process

sure that all requirements of right issue have been completed

Company applied with SECP for clearance
Company Filed Listing Application with Exchange along with Necessary documents

SECP give clearance to Company after verification of necessary requiremen

Documents verified according to Listing Regulations requirement


Company applies to

of prospectus and IPO

The Exchange gives approval for dates and after IPO Company
Necessary amendments made in the Prospectus/Offer for document

Company provide Auditors Certificate for release of funds and the Exchange

In arbitration department I performed the task related to maintain the claims file .I ranged
the claims against the Stock Master Securities (Pvt.) Ltd. and Highlink Capital (Pvt.) Ltd.
In filing process I arranged and completed the number of documents in the claim and
gave the manually reference number on each document of the claims and attend the solo
arbitration proceedings i
