MUNICIPAL RESOLUTION NO. 044-2014

EXPRESSING OUR HEARTFELT AND WARMEST CONGRATULATIONS TO ATTY. MARY
BALLON ORESTE, AN INTELLIGENT AND STRONG-WILLED GUINOBATEA AND AN
INDUSTRIOUS AND HARDWORKING EMPLOYEE OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY, FOR PASSING
THE 2013 BAR EXAMINATIONS.

WHEREAS,
the results of the 2013 Bar Examinations held last October 2013 has been
released just recently, and the Municipality of Guinobatan once again produced a new lawyer;
WHEREAS,
one of these successful passers is Atty. Mary Ballon Oreste, a former
resident of Barangay Doa Mercedes, Sitio Quiganao, and now a resident of barangay San
Francisco, this Municipality, who finished her Law Degree in Aquinas University College of Law;
WHEREAS,
Atty. Mary Oreste before passing the BAR had already been displaying
excellence both in academics and non-academics among which are: (1) Consistent honor student
from elementary grades to college years; and (2) Graduated Cum Laude in Bachelor of Arts in
Political Science at Bicol University College of Social Sciences and Philosophy, SY 2008-2009;
WHEREAS,
at present, Atty. Mary B. Oreste is an industrious and very hardworking
regular employee of the Local Government of Guinobatan, more particularly in our beloved Office,
the Sangguniang Bayan;
WHEREAS,
the law profession is the noblest profession in this country, and thus, due
recognition and acknowledgement should be awarded those who were able to successfully pass
the examinations, especially those who are residents of this municipality, for the pride and honor
that they have brought us;

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, be it now:

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay in
session assembled, to congratulate as it hereby congratulates Atty. Mary Ballon Oreste for
passing the 2013 Bar Examinations.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished her proud family and
relatives through her loving and caring mother, Mrs. Norma Ballon Oreste, with residential address
at San Francisco, Guinobatan, Albay.
APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY on motion of Honorable Councilor Robert M. Baaga and
unanimously seconded by the members present this 20 th day of March, 2014 during their 6 th
Special Session.
