MOLECULAR COMPATIBILITY BETWEEN SPECIES. NEW THERAPEUTIC WAYS
USING TRANS-PHYLOGENIC COMPATIBILITY CONCEPT
Plant substances have been used for therapeutic purposes since ancient times. Even today
numerous studies improve our knowledge in the field of herbal medicine. We get to know
more and more about chemical structures produced by plants, but no scientific publication
addresses the issue of how a molecule of the plant Kingdom can be active in the animal
world. We invite you to observe some common metabolism between plants and animals.
The Krebs cycle in the cytoplasm and the respiratory cycle in the mitochondria are identical
for all eukaryotic cells. In all species, eukaryotes cells have common actors for the identical
metabolic pathways. This common identity is due to evolution and the fact that metabolic
proteins and mechanisms are memorized in the DNA found in one common ancestor.
We also observe that phylogeny is reproduced during mammalian ontogenesis. This means
that evolution has not come about exclusively from mutation but also by hybridization and
addition of genes. Noting that since the genome of an individual does not change with
age, we can hypothesize that it must be possible to reactivate silent metabolic pathways
to repair those metabolisms, which we have adopted through evolution of time and which
have become deficient with age. In fact, to maintain homeostasis, living organisms have
implemented metabolic pathways that evolution has made more and more sophisticated
in order to improve their performance. These high-performing pathways thus became
more sensitive to deleterious factors brought about with age.
We suggest you have a look at this transphylogenic compatibility. The observation of
the transphylogenic compatibility not only helps to explain the negative consequences
of some abiotic molecules on homeostasis but especially to open a field of investigation
which allows a new approach on Therapeutics.

Dr. William Rea (USA)

THE ENVIRONMENTAL CAUSES OF POOR NUTRITION
The environment is extremely toxic for the individual living in the 21st century. To
counteract the effect of these toxins, the individual needs super nutrition including
vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and certain lipids. Supplementation of these must occur
on an individual basis. The most common environmental incitants that cause nutrient
deficiency are natural gas fumes, pesticides, formaldehyde, oils, and solvents, etc.

DISRUPCIN ENDOCRINA: COMPUESTOS QUMICOS EMERGENTES

ASCORBIC ACID AND ADJUNCTIVE CANCER CARE - NEW SCIENCE REGARDING
AN OLD VITAMIN
More research has been conducted on the ascorbate molecule than any other substance
in the history of science. Yet, because ascorbate is viewed merely as a low dose oral
vitamin, its potential application in septic shock and adjunctive cancer care has been
widely underappreciated due to unfavorable pharmacokinetics. Recent studies on the
parenteral administration of high dose ascorbate demonstrate unexpected pro-oxidant
benefits that, when combined with its counter-regulatory effects upon the profound
inflammation found in sepsis and advanced cancer identify IV ascorbate as a safe and
potent new clinical modality.

Dr. M. Rath (Germany)

PROGRESS IN THE NATURAL CONTROL OF CANCER BY CELLULAR MEDICINE

BIOFILM AND THE YEAST CONNECTION
Candida albicans colonizes most people and is the most significant fungal pathogen
causing localized and systemic infections, allergies, and even triggering autoimmune
disorders such as celiac and Crohns disease. A more controversial chronic, polysomatic
syndrome linked to Candida is chronic candidiasis sensitivity. These patients are
distinguished by a symptomatic response to a diet restricting starches, sugars, and yeastrelated foods and antifungal agents. Candida is highly immunogenic and is associated
with histamine release, increases in proinflammatory cytokines and IgE, decreases in antiinflammatory cytokines, and a decline in natural killer cell function. Candida contains
a cell wall protein that cross-reacts with - and -gliadin. These are all mechanisms
that could explain how Candida causes a systemic, polysymptomatic disorder. C.
albicans as well as other Candida species reside within biofilm. A biofilm is a gathering
of sessile microorganisms encased by a self-generated hydrated exopolysaccharide
matrix, firmly attached to a surface. In addition to exopolysaccharides, biofilm matrix
typically contain proteins, nucleic acids, and di- and trivalent cations. Candida and other
microorganisms live within biofilm because it affords them protection from competitors,
preditors, antimicrobials, host immune responses, and toxins. Biofilm prevents microbial
communities from being dislodged from an environment. Existence in biofilm facilitates
horizontal gene transfer and acquisition of external DNA. It optimizes nutrient utilization
and enables host status sensing. Biofilm formation is an integral part of Candida
colonization on mucosal surfaces and skin. Transition from blastospore to hyphae is an
integral part of biofilm development. As Candida enters into biofilm mode, genes coding
for antifungal resistance and drug efflux pumps are expressed. Additional mechanisms of
antifungal drug resistance manifested by Candida organisms residing within biofilm are
reduced diffusion of antifungals into the biofilm, binding of antifungal drugs by biofilm
matrix carbohydrates such as -glucan, reduced metabolic rates, and the appearance
of highly drug-resistant persister cells. Candida residing within biofilm is highly resistant
to eradication. Within biofilm, Candida remains highly immunogenic stimulating host
defensive immune responses as well as generating allergic and autoimmune reactions.
Immunogenic, colonizing Candida biofilm communities offer an explanation for why
fungal overgrowth is rarely documented in polysomatic symptomatic patients and for
high relapse rates following treatment. A novel approach to treating chronic candidiasis
sensitivity is to employ antibiofilm enzymes and chelating agents to make Candida
eradication more effective. Probiotics such as Saccharomyces boulardii and Lactobacillus
acidophilus have been shown to disrupt Candida biofilm formation and promote
elimination of Candida colonies. Enzymes, chelating agents, and probiotics are novel
therapeutic modalities that may render dietary and antifungal treatment of chronic
candidiasis sensitivity more successful.

VITAMIN C CAN PREVENT RADIATION DAMAGE: RESULTS FROM FUKUSHIMA
NUCLEAR POWER PLANT WORKERS
On March 11, 2011, in Japan there was an earthquake and a tsunami with devastating
consequences. It led to a serious nuclear accident at the Fukushima nuclear power plant
with the release of a substantial amount of radiation. Now this nuclear accident has
already been described as the largest accidental release of radiation we have ever
seen, and its not over yet.
On March 29, 2011, The Japanese College of Intravenous Therapy issued official
statement to the government, TEPCO and media to recommend regularly intake of
antioxidant supplements such as Vitamin C to counteract the negative consequence of
long-term low dose radiation exposure as well as to the health of coming generations,
but this statement was ignored.
Primary concern was the protection against radioactive contamination of the population,
of the rescue workers and of the persons, trying to control the nuclear disaster in the
direct surrounding of the nuclear power plant. Recently, we examined cancer-related
gene expression in 16 men aged between 32 and 59 years worked 5-6 weeks in a
radiation contaminated area, collecting contaminated water, measuring radiation levels,
operating heavy machinery, and removing debris at Fukushima nuclear power plant.
Blood samples were obtained to measure whole blood counts and blood chemistry,
plasma levels of free DNA, and 47 cancer related gene expressions. Four workers who
took intravenous vitamin C (25,000 mg) therapy before they went in, and continuously
took anti-oxidative supplements during the working period, had no significant change
in both free DNA and overall cancer risk.
Three workers that did not have preventive intravenous vitamin C had an increase in
calculated cancer risk. After 2 months of intervention with intravenous vitamin C and
oral anti-oxidative nutritional supplements, free DNA returned to normal level and
cancer risk score was significantly decreased (p<0.05).
We concluded that Fukushima nuclear power plant workers should take anti-oxidative
nutrition therapy immediately. Moreover, maintaining optimal anti-oxidation reserve
by taking Vitamin C and other anti-oxidative nutrition is essential for people living in
the low-level radiation contaminated area. In the lecture, the protective mechanism of
radiation injury by Vitamin C and their use for clinical practice will be discussed.

TESTS FOR THE IMMUNE SYSTEM AND CANCER
Essential nutrients are considered to be essential for human life. Vitamins and minerals
are cofactors of enzymes. Amino acids are part of the all proteins including the immune
system. Essential nutrients also perform many important other functions in the human
body.
A deficiency of one of the more then 40 essential nutrients may cause already a diminished
activity of the immune system. A healthy life is a life with a minimal interference of colds,
flu and other simple infections many people suffer each year several times. To much of
a certain nutrient may also cause a reduced immune system.
It is extremely important for Anti-Aging or reaching optimal health to reduce these
infections to less then once per year. At the same time many of these nutrients are also
important to prevent cancer. Also many of them have been used in the (additional)
treatment of cancer.
Recently is was discovered that the protein in blood that binds vitamin D(Vitamin D
binding protein or Gc globulin) also is important for the immune system. It is supposed
to have a side chain of 3 sugars. T and B cells take away each one sugar. The remaining
substance is called Gc-MAF(Macrophage Activating Factor) needed for the immune
system to attack cancer cells, viruses etc.
Cancer cells and some viruses produce an enzyme called nagalase that splits off all the 3
sugars from the Vitamin D binding protein. The consequence is an deactivated immune
system. Nagalase seems to be a good marker to follow the progress of a cancer patient.
Also for some other diseases related to the immune system.
This test is a valuable addition in cancer treatment besides the analysis of the status of
essential nutrients in the blood/plasma/serum and in the 24-hour urine.

pcima en su laboratorio, y sbitamente recupera el impetu y el vigor de sus 30 aos;
porqu no intentarlo?
