Me or mainly the teacher or

People can trip over cables in teachers within the sports hall.

lot harder than PA.16 so the
damage would be more
severe in the sports hall.

There is a leakage in the sports hall

at the moment and students playing
sports activities could be affected
either by slipping or could be
dangerous if the leakage gets
worse. Electronic equipment e.g.
cameras could be damaged.

(3) What controls exist to reduce

risk

Instruct people to either use

equipment properly or move away
from the photo-shoot and tell them
not to use it at at all while a photoshoot is happening.

Do photo-shoot away from leakage

and warn staff and students.

(4) What action can be taken

to further reduce risk?

Keep the cables tucked

Move people away and ask them

not to be in sports hall while
photo-shoot is taking place or

If leak gets worse instruct staff that

the sports hall is not safe enough.
