Death penalty still becomes a controversial issue in the U.S. The American Civil Liberties Union
believes that the death penalty inherently violates the constitutional ban against cruel unusual
punishment and the guarantees of due process of law and equal protection under the law. Those are
against the capital punishment also state that it is an intolerable denial of civil liberties and
inconsistent with the fundamental values of our democratic system.
However, there is a difference between murder and execution. The distinction is that the first is
unlawful and undeserved; the second is a lawful and deserved punishment for unlawful act. By
committing the crime, the criminal volunteered to assume the risk of receiving a legal punishment
that he could have avoided by not committing the crime. The punishment he suffers is the
punishment he voluntary risked suffering and therefore it is more unjust to him than any other event
for which one knowingly volunteers to assume the risk.
Our resolve to crime is only as strong as the laws we pass to punish criminals. By making the
death penalty the law of the land in the New York, we have demonstrated that resolve, that
strengthening the promise that our children and future generations will grow up in a state that is
free of violence.

Having breakfast is necessary for us.
Firstly, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A healthy breakfast provides us with
nutrious energy to start the day and helps us to control the urge to snack on unhealthy food full of
sugar and calories. It also helps children to maintain a healthy body weight. The American Dietetic

How Bread is Made
Almost everyone eats bread daily, especially for breakfast. Bread making is not a complicated
task. You only need flour, water, yeast, sugar, salt, oil, butter, and an oven.
Choosing good flour is the step in making bread. There are two kinds of flour, soft and hard.

Sir,

For the past six weeks the people of my village have had no water.
We knew several months ago that our well was drying up and wrote to
