MOTIVATION LETTER INSTRUCTIONS

Please write a motivation letter that answer the following questions:
Why are you interested to be part of Indonesias Y20 2015 delegate?
Why should we select you? Please explain any skills or experience that you see
as relevant.
What would you do if you were selected as a delegate to advance Indonesian
youth's interest throughout the Y20 Summit and G20 Leaders Meeting?
Please limit your essay to no more than two pages and use Times New Roman 12pt
font and single space. There is no specific format of structuring the essay. However,
please avoid simply repeating your CV. The motivation letter is key in determining
whether you would be a suitable candidate.

ESSAY INSTRUCTIONS
The Y20 Summit 2015 will focus its efforts on ensuring inclusive and robust growth
through collective action. The vision is adapted to three pillars of the Y20 Turkey
2015 agenda enhancing resilience; strengthening recovery and lifting the potential;
and buttressing sustainability. Please choose one theme that best interest you and
write an essay according to the essay prompts below. Please limit your essay to no
more than two pages and use Times New Roman 12pt font and single space. If you
wish to include graphs and figures, please attach them separately from your essay
and label under Appendix not exceeding two pages. Do not repeat the essay
prompts as your title and in your responses.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for thoughtful, well-structured, creative and logical responses written
in clear English. Due to page restrictions, we are not looking for a highly detailed
essay. This exercise is especially designed to assess how well you formulate your
strategies, based on previous knowledge or research.

ESSAY PROMPTS
Theme 1: Enhancing Resilience (ER)
How is the interplay and integration between: Financial regulation,
International financial architecture, International tax and Anti-corruption
measures could be utilized to enhance the resilience of our fragile financial
system against future shocks to global economy? Explain your ideas on what
more could be done.

Theme 2: Strengthening Recovery and Lifting The Potential (SRLP)

How could we simultaneously accelerate the sluggish global recovery while
tackling the rising global inequality? Give us your perspectives on what are
the challenges and opportunities on: Investment, Employment and Trade to
achieve our end goals

Theme 3: Buttressing Sustainability (BS)

How do we ensure that the global movement towards sustainable
development does not leave billions who live under extreme poverty behind?
Illustrate and clarify your thoughts on how the mechanism should be for the:
Climate change financing, Energy Access and investments, and
Environmental protection to bolster sustainability in the global economy.
