AFFIDAVIT OF SELF-ADJUDICATION

WE, MARILOU RIEL-FABELLA, MARICRES RIEL ACEBO,

EDWIN BADILLA RIEL and EDGAR BADILLA RIEL, all of legal age,
Filipinos, married and with postal address at Babatngon, Leyte, after
having been sworn according to law, depose and say: THAT--1. We are the only surviving heirs of decedent LUCRECIA
BADILLA RIEL, married, who died intestate on 11 June 2010 in
Babatngon, Leyte.
2. At the time of her death, she left a parcel of land located in
Babatngon, Leyte, which she inherited as a paraphernal property from
her mother ANASTACIA DELDA BADILLA, who died intestate on 2 March
1983, who in turn inherited from her father JOSE DELDA, who died
several decades ago. The property is still in the name of JOSE DELDA,
but the real property taxes have been paid religiously by LUCRECIA
BADILLA RIEL during her lifetime or for more than thirty (30) years.
3. Said real property in Babatngon, Leyte is more particularly
described as follows:

A parcel of residential land located at

Poblacion, District I, Babatngon, Leyte under
Tax Declaration No. 2008-04001-00236 (Year
2009) in the name of JOSE DELDA (deceased)
with an area of FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY ONE
(431) SQ.M. more or less, designated as Cad.
Lot No. 762/Ass. Lot No. 28, bounded on the
North by Cad. Lot # 761/Ass. Lot # 027, on the
East by Melchor Canete St., on the South by
Cad. Lot # 764, 763/Ass. Lot # 030, and on
the West by Cad. Lot # 765/Ass. Lot # 031,
and assessed at P18,410.00 only.
2. The decedent has left no known debts or obligations that
have remained unpaid or unsettled; neither has she left any other heirs
entitled to succeed in her estate, except the herein affiants who is her
only surviving children.
WHEREFORE, and invoking the provision of Section 1, Rule 74 of
the Rules of Court, the herein affiants do hereby adjudicate unto
themselves the entire estate hereinabove described, subject only to
contingent liabilities to creditors, heirs and other persons who might
have been deprived of lawful participation therein in accordance with
Section 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court.
