Het monetaire Project van Mefobills

Mefobills
Bij het bestuderen van de Zerohedge-Blogs werd ik getroffen door de commentaren van de
deelnemer Mefobills, die mij door de precieze formulering en compacte woordkeuze imponeerden.
In tegenstelling tot de nietszeggende bewoordingen van politici en economen was deze student
economie bijzonder duidelijk in zijn uitspraken, wat wellicht vooraanstaande politici en economen
zich niet kunnen permitteren.
Ik besloot de Mefobills' commentaren eens te verzamelen en daaruit een samenhangend concept te
distilleren1. Een gezond monetair systeem moet op wetenschappelijke basis worden opgebouwd.
Waarover wij beschikken is echter een frauduleus systeem, dat op woeker baseert en moet worden
vervangen, als de mensheid vooruit wil komen.

Mefo-Bills
De naam Mefobills is geanonimiseerd en baseert op de Mefo-Bills, een geheim concept, waarmee
Duitse bankiers tussen de twee wereldoorlogen de herbewapening hebben gefinancierd.
De geheimhouding blijkt niet alleen bij de Mefo-Bills ter herbewapening een hoofdrol te hebben
gespeeld. In feite wordt elke oorlog met een soort Mefo Bill gefinancierd. Als men de bevolking
werkelijk democratisch over een oorlog met bijbehorend prijskaartje zou laten beslissen, was er
afgezien van een paar schermutselingen op het dorpsplein tijdens de carnaval permanent overal
vrede. Dit principe behoort overigens ook tot de beginselen van de blog-commentator Mefobills.
Hij heeft dat niet zo geformuleerd, maar het blijkt wel uit zijn commentaren.

Onteigening ter financiering van oorlogen

Zelfs de oorlogen van het Romeinse rijk baseerden al op financiering door geldontwaarding. Dat
werd destijds nog door het omslachtige omsmelten van edelmetaal tot koperen of zinken munten tot
stand gebracht. De oorlogen in van de westerse staten in Vietnam, Irak en Afghanistan werd echter
al door elektronische ontwaarding gefinancierd. Toen al baseerde het geldsysteem op fraude en nu is
dat nog steeds het geval:
Money system was fraudulent then and is now2
Voor het onttrekken van geldmiddelen aan de bevolking past Mefobills een bijzonder pregnante
formulering toe: het oogsten van de mensenmassa's: to harvest populations.

De wiskunde der economen

De wiskunde der economen is in de ogen van Mefobills slechts een versluierende functie, die het
volk moet imponeren met indrukwekkende morele standaards en logische consequenties, maar in
feite is het bedrog, waarvoor de economen door hun opdrachtgevers betaald worden:
All economic math methods are therefore null and void as root assumptions are
incorrect. Economists then are a priesthood who confuse with their math, and pretend
their magic is moral and rational, while taking their pay from their real masters3.

Depressies
Volgens Mefobills ontstaan depressies, omdat banken weigeren nog langer kredieten te verlenen en
de geldverlening ineenstort. De bankiers of degenen, die dan over goud beschikken, kopen
vervolgens de wereld voor een appel en een ei op, omdat de arbeidende bevolking goederen en
diensten goedkoop moet verkopen:
As credit declines, banks call in loans and deny more credit, so money supply collapses
quickly into depression. Bankers or those holding Gold, then buy up the world cheap as
labor offers their goods and services at depressed prices4.

Onroerend goed
Depressies worden benodigd om schulden tegen onroerend goed uit te wisselen. Daarom is het
onroerend goed in New York meer waard dan de complete industrie in de Verenigde Staten:
In order to cancel private debt instruments, there must be depressions, so real assets can
be transferred. Usually land is attached to debts for security, as land has title and other
legal means. Land then becomes the fungible asset backing up private debts. This is
why the land and property in New York exceeds the value of all industry in the U.S5.

Hoe worden depressies gegenereerd?

Hoe worden depressies gegenereerd? Door woekerrente, die eigenlijk buiten het bankcircuit had
moeten worden gehouden, maar nu tot een schuldenberg wordt opgehoopt. Als de schuldenaar de
lening niet als optie ter beschikking had gestaan, was hem alleen een bankroet overgebleven:
How are depressions created? Usury6 on credit insures that loans created must be paid
back with more than principal7 ( The original amount invested, separate from
earnings). This "more" must be exogenous ( external) to banking system, and usually
comes through Keynesian deficit spending, thus putting public on the debt
hook. Without deficit spending, somebody has to cancel private debts e.g. go bust in
order to leave their former credit in the supply8.

Vergelijking van de huidige crisis met de depressie van 1929-1933

Ter controle heb ik eens een vergelijking tussen de crisis van 1929-1933 en de hedendaagse
depressie opgesteld. Inderdaad is er sprake van een verregaande synchroniciteit tussen de fasen.
Ook destijds (1930) was er sprake van een investeringstoename bij de overheid 9, gevolgd door een
renteverlaging, een prijsverlaging van grondstoffen10 en een spaarfase bij de bevolking11, afgesloten
door een globale collaps van de wereldhandel12.

Economische waarheden
Wie dit draaiboek herkent, vraagt zich af, waarom de economen niet naar oorzaak, oplossing en
geneesmiddel hebben gezocht en Mefobills zich terecht afvraagt de bloggers die analyse en
oplossing van een volslagen onbekende commentator in het internet verwachten:
A question: Why is it you have to hear economic truths from an unknown like me, and
not from mainstream economists?13

Oplossingen
Niet ieder commentaar van Mefobills op zich levert oplossingen. Het overzicht van het probleem en
de analyse van oplossingen vereisen een samenvatting zoals die in Notes to the MefobillsComments is gesynthetiseerd. Ik had liever een door Mefobills zelf uitgewerkte analyse
doorgenomen, maar nergens wordt naar een dergelijk manuscript verwezen. Een van de weinige
verwijzingen duidt op een project, dat nota bene van Nederlandse afkomst is. Het betreft de
Florijn14, die als volgt door Mefobills wordt aangehaald:
We'll have to make an alternate money system that is run by monetary fundamentals. In
other words, we will make a system. The system will be non profit and work as a
servant to the needs of the community.
See Anthony's talent system15. It will be going for crowd funding next. I've developed
rules for my system, which is very similar. I'm waiting on him to get the software
developed16.
Dit is echter al een van de oplossingen, die nog door theorie moet worden onderbouwd.

Het grootste euvel de woekerwinsten

Wat is het grootste euvel, dat aan het huidige monetaire systeem kleeft. Volgens Mefobills is de
euvel de overwinst, die hij of zij rent noemt, maar niet overeenkomt met het Nederlandse woord
rente.
The real problem is rents and rent-seekers. Government exists to improve the commons
and create a breathing space so civilization can evolve. Our focus should be on rent
seekers wherever they are, both in private supposedly free markets and also in
government17.
We need civil institutions that are not rent-seeking in their inherent design. Since almost
the beginning of time, privateers have taken rents via the money mechanism and these
rents show up as higher prices, thus stealing your output18.

Mefobills omschrijft de mens treffend als een woekerwinst najagend schepsel:

Voorbeelden van overwinsten

Firma's maken overwinsten door het ontduiken van belastingen via door lobbyisten of politici
doorgevoerde wetswijzigingen, bijvoorbeeld de belastingparadijzen Ierland en Luxemburg in
Nederland natuurlijk ook de belastingbesparende constructies en Curaao:

Example: An oil company moves crude from middle east on Panamanian flagged
ships. The input price of this crude is increased before it goes to gulf refineries. The
refinery is allowed to make only so much profit, just enough to cover their costs.
Profits are output price minus input crude price. On the ledger in Panama, the real
profits are made, because it is a flag of convenience country with no income tax.
Therefore the profits on ledger in panama are not taxed, and instead middle class
American's take the hit. The oil company makes hidden profits20.

Apple takes its profits in Ireland21.

Lobbyists who change law to give their industry special privilege, and thus extra
profits, are taking rents22.

Ook de verkoop van het allang door de bevolking afbetaalde wegennet en de verkoop van de Britse
postkantoren aan privfirma's behoren tot de woekerinvesteringen van de oligarchen:

Tolling formerly free roads, already paid by our ancestors, is a good example of the
commons being usurped for oligarchy. Britain recently selling off its postal holdings to
private entities, and then getting kickbacks to politicians is another example of rent
takings on the commons to fund oligarchs23.

Waarschuwende stemmen
Eenzame, waarschuwende stemmen zoals die van Silvio Gesell wijzen op bruikbare alternatieven,
maar worden niet gehoord:
I would add to Silvio Gesell, there is price and it is discovered in markets. Good
markets and price discovery depend on a money system that works (no rent taking)24.

De rol van de overheid

De rol van de regering is het stopzetten van de woekerwinsten. De overheid is de enige instantie,
die de woeker kan stilleggen. Daarom worden overheden systematisch door parasieten belaagd en
gejaagd. Hersenspoelingen fluistert men ons in het oor, meestal uitgesproken door een prostituerend
persorgaan:
We need government to do its job, and it is the only force that can stop rent taking and
outright usury theft of the private economy which thus enable rent stealing as profits to
bankers and finance e.g. wall street and international bonds. Therefore, representative
government is both parasitized and then demonized by this system. Hypnotic suggestion
and outright lies, are whispered into our ear, usually by a paid off prostitute media25.

Woekeraars
Woekeraars behoren tot de mensen, die op hoge winsten jagen, die de productiekosten te boven
gaan. Woekerwinsten zijn dus alle in de hoge prijzen verborgen extra kosten:
Rentier's are a group of people who want to take high profits. These profits are costs
above the real cost of production. So, rents are anything were there are hidden costs,
which are buried in high prices26.

Het Chinese economische stelsel

Mefobills beoordeelt het Chinese economische stelsel als relatief ideaal, omdat het schulden
vergeeft door deze in schuldenvrij geld te veranderen. Het westen, ofwel Wall Street, is daarentegen
niet bereid de woekerwinsten kwijt te schelden. De Chinese economie is daardoor veel efficinter.
China has State Banks. She FORGIVES loans, and then her former credit as money has
lost its credit association. It becomes debt free money. The West can never beat this
type of money as it is inherently efficient as it circulates without a usurious cost. This
makes the Chinese economy permanently efficient. Wall Street will continue to take
wage arbitrage and hence hollow-out the west as Wall street cannot let go of their rentseeking ways.27

Het ontstaan de overwinsten

Overwinsten zijn relatief gezien pas kort geleden ingevoerd. Tot 1974 was Canada in monetair
opzicht nog relatief gezond, totdat het door omkoping van het parlement gedwongen werd de
centrale bank in het BIS-systeem over te hevelen:
Canada was allowed to keep her "sane" system of money until 1974, and that is when
international bankers made their move, by paying off parliamentarians and forcing BOC
into the BIS system28.

Canada
In Canada was de studie 1974 nog kosteloos, evenals de gezondheidszorg. Eigen bedrijven werden
met spaargeld opgericht en waren op globale markten winstgevend. De Canadezen hoefden voor
leningen niet naar de bank, omdat de buren elkaar geld leenden...
In Canada circa 1974 education was free, medical was mostly free, business formation
was done with savings and their business was world class competitive. By using
Savings of this type, people stopped going to banks for loans, and instead neighbors
financed neighbors29.

Schattingen van de woekerverliezen

Margaret Kennedy30 heeft gedocumenteerd dat overwinsten 40% van de menselijke energie door de
monetaire oligarchie afgeroomd wordt:
As Margaret Kennedy has shown, usury and other rents on money supply drain away
about 40% of a people's energy. Siphoning away 40 percent to inefficiencies and
oligarchy is effectively welfare for the rich.

Politieke inzichten
William Lyon Mackenzie King heeft al 1935 uitgelegd, dat een staat onafhankelijk van de
wetgeving bij verlies van de controle over geld en kredieten de welvaart der kiezers voor de voeten
van de financile woekeraars te grabbel gooit:
Until the control of the issue of currency and credit is restored to government and
recognized as its most conspicuous and sacred responsibility, all talk of the
sovereignty of Parliament and of democracy is idle and futile. Once a nation parts with
the control of its currency and credit, it matters not who makes that nation's laws.
Usury, once in control, will wreck any nation.31

Verkiezingen spelen geen rol

Afgezien van de Griekse verkiezingen j.l. spelen verkiezingen geen rol, omdat de macht centraal en
geconcentreerd in Washington wordt gehandhaafd:
We now have financial capitalism, run by and for special interests. Our vote is not
important. We have paid for political stooges, who use propaganda and the machinery
now in place to buy our votes. Also, power is not down low in the states and
counties. Power has centralized to Washington, a direct output of the machinery32.

Mercantilisme
Mercantilisme is een overproductie om andermans goud naar het eigen land over te hevelen, dat
vervolgens als geld wordt beschouwd.
Mercantilism was excess exports in order to grab other countries gold. That gold then
paid "credit" needs of private banking, which made public feel secure, because public
was trained and hypnotized to think shiny metal was money. This hypnotic suggestion
exists to today33.

De wet
De hoogste vorm van geld is de wettelijke macht. Zelfs het oude op goud gebaseerde monetaire
systeem baseerde op een wettelijke macht, die echter deel uitmaakte van de bedrieglijke fraude.
Ook het hedendaagse monetaire systeem baseert op frauduleus bedrog:
The highest form of money is a division of the law. Even the old credit riding on Gold
fractional reserve system assumed law and force; but assuming this law/force power
was part of the con. Today's system is also a con, just a different form of same money
power game. That is, to own oligarchical control and rents on society34.

Duitsland
Griekenland besteedt goedkope -kredieten aan consumptieartikelen en koopt Duitse auto's. Als
exportnatie hadden de Duitsers dat probleem met de exportoverschotten kunnen doorzien, omdat zij
via het Verdrag van Versailles in hetzelfde slop zijn beland. Zij konden destijds door export geen
harde deviezen verdienen om hun schulden af te betalen. Er is dus alweer een economische wet
overtreden: export en import moeten met elkaar in evenwicht blijven:
Credit money spent into Greek Money supply finds its way to buy a BMW or other
imported good. Since Germany is a mercantile country, they are happy to have surplus
exports, to suck up credit Euros from the periphery. (Germany should know better as
they got screwed by Versailles' Treaty in similar mechanism Germany could not
export their way to get hard currency to pay debts. Another law is broken. Exports and
Imports should balance.)35
Griekenland beschikt niet over eigen geld, zodat men geen devaluatie kan toepassen. Zelfs als
exportnatie kunnen zij Duitsland niet evenaren. Er ontbreekt een terugkoppelingsmechanisme om
de woeker te begrenzen. Drie spelers nemen aan dit spelletje deel: privbanken die -kredieten
verstrekken, een oligarchie van Griekse politici en Duits mercantilisme met exportoverschotten.
Wie is er nu de pineut? de Duitse en Griekse industrie.
Greece has no sovereign money, so there is no exchange rate mechanism that says to
devalue your currency and hence pay off foreign debts. Even if they could become
mercantile, it is not in the Greek economy to become Germans. (Another rule broken:
No real feedback mechanism to prevent rent taking. Three entities in on the game:
Private Euro Credit Creating Banking Corporations, Greek Political Oligarchs, German
Mercantilism.) Who gets screwed? German labor and Greek Labor.

Griekenland
Een verarmd land met een overmaat aan schulden (Griekenland) kan de schuld alleen afbetalen door
land ter beschikking te stellen. Zij worden dan slaven in hun eigen vaderland:
How to settle the debts? Finance will want Greek Lands or real assets transferred to
collapse the debt instruments. (Another rule broken: Dont ever let private finance rule
over sovereignty, otherwise you become slaves in the lands of your fathers.)36

Ruslands fout
Ruslands grootste fout was de financiering van de eigen industrie met behulp van externe, op dollar
gebaseerde schulden:
Moscows key mistake was to allow Russia's domestic industry to be financed
by external, dollar-denominated debt37.

Ditzelfde probleem is nu overigens in een groot aantal Europese landen ontstaan door het
financieren van onroerend goed en het aangaan van gemeentelijke overheidsleningen in Zwitserse
Franken. Dit is een overtreding van de economische wet:

NEVER LET YOU DEBTS POINT OUTSIDE OF YOUR LEGAL SYSTEM38.

Economische wetten39
Leningen moeten in feite steeds op economische waarde en woekerrisico worden gecontroleerd:

Economische oorlogsvoering
Voor een bank is het eenvoudig om te lenen en dan de wisselkoersen aan te passen.
Wisselkoersveranderingen behoren tot de strategien van de economische oorlogsvoering.
It is easy for those that create dollars/Euros, meaning Bankers to make a loan to then
drive down exchange rates. Exchange rate manipulations and bear raids are a form of
economic warfare41.

Samenvatting
Een gezond monetair systeem moet op wetenschappelijke basis worden opgebouwd. Waarover wij
beschikken is echter een frauduleus systeem, dat op woeker baseert en moet worden vervangen, als
de mensheid vooruit wil komen.
A proper money supply can have both money and credit. Both are useful if constructed
properly - and this means a MONEY SYSTEM THAT IS DESIGNED
SCIENTIFICALLY.
What we have now is giant con game built up over time by Rent Seekers, and we are
stuck with it. It needs to flushed down the crapper if mankind is to move forward42.
