ORDER OF COURT

Upon consideration of the motions for leave to file briefs as amicus curiae,
the Court ENTERS the following Order:

The Court GRANTS the motions and ACCEPTS the amici briefs of the City
of Boulder and the Colorado Municipal League in support of appellant City of
Longmont.
The Court PARTIALLY GRANTS the motion of the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Boulder and Representative Jared Polis,
individually. The Court GRANTS leave to the Board of County Commissioners to
participate as amicus curiae and DENIES leave to participate by Representative
Jared Polis, individually. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS the Board of County
Commissioners to file an amended amicus brief within 14 days on behalf of the
Board only.
