Shanmuga Precision Forging (SPF), Thanjavur, manufactures and supplies components for electrical
purposes for clients all over the globe. They have world class manufacturing systems and equipment. The
training went on for 3 months and gave a wonderful hands on experience.

The training spanned for about 15 days in Maharashtra Seamless Ltd, who makes seamless pipes for
industries. The modern machinery and technology made the training a good experience.

The Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE INDIA)conducts an event called BAJA anually. It takes place at
pithambur, Indore. The objective of SAE BAJA is to design and fabricate an all terrain vehicle to be to be
tested for endurance on an off-roading track. The event goes on for 3 days with 100 colleges participating
all over India. This event demands technical, management expertise and team work with juniors and
