the field of Packaging and Isolation materials Manufacturing and Trading in all countries , Sales and Export Manager reporting
to Vice president-Global Sales & Marketing of the group .
Responsibilities assigned and achievements made have been as follow:
Responsibilities:
Conduct the market research and issue marketing plans for the new products
Issue the annual sales plan and forecast for the local and export market.
Prepare the offers in addition to attend and follow up the local & export markets' tenders.
Organize the production planning process with the coordination with the Planning department. Manage the customer's
complaints with the coordination with the Quality and Customer Service department.
Issue the sales' departments weekly and monthly reports moreover follow up the collections with coordination with the
financial department.
Organize, train, motivate, control and monitor the sales team in line with company's strategies.
Achievement:
Established Sales and Export department in addition to the companys clients database.
Did the market research on following products (BOPP, PE, CPP , PET Alox high barrier )
Opened new export markets for the company products such as (Germany, Romania , Turkey, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon
,Libya, Tunisia, Morocco, Sudan, Ethiopia , , Kuwait, Qatar, and the UAE )
Acquired 20 -25 % of the Local Egyptian market share starting from the commissioning in October 2010.
Sept. 08 Jan. 10 Hyma Plastics S.A.E a daughter company of Hyma Industries, working in the field of Packaging and
Isolation materials Manufacturing and Trading in Egypt ,Commercial Manager being responsible for the sales, export and
purchasing department, reporting to the Chairman.
Responsibilities assigned and achievements made have been as follow:
Responsibilities:
Conducting the market researchand issuing marketing plans for the new products

UAE)working in the field of packaging ,flexible and cast film materials manufacturing, acting as Sales Manager, reporting
functionally to the Corporate Sales and Marketing Director and administratively to the General Manager .
Responsibilities assigned, achievements made have been as follow:

Opening new export markets for the company products preparing for tenders with local and export clients.
Following up and monitoring the production plan with coordination with the planning and the Customer Service
Department.
Trouble shooting and solving the clients problems with coordination with the QC and the Customer Complaints
Department.
Achievements:
Opened new marketssuch as (Sudan, Libya, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Morocco and Turkey) and introduced new applications
such as (PP Sheets, hot melt, cold seal, high barrier, water base cello-tape and stationary), which increased the total sales
volume with 20 %.
Conducted the market research for the new cast film production line
Replaced the cast film with the polyethylene film for the detergents packaging which made a an annual sales increase with
about 50 %
Changed the specs of the plain film ( decreased the thickness from 30 micron to 28 micron in favor of the client) which
increased the sales by 35 %
