Q. Who will be covered?

A. The coverage will be provided to


family members up to 2 people
who are previously registered on
the AGA web platform for the
contracted period. Other members
can be included for a small fee.
Q. How is the service activated?
A. Upon the occurrence of an event
the Member must contact Angel
Guard Assist HelpDesk indicated in
the certificate, having handy the
certificate number provided. If the
case requires medical attention
please have on hand all the
information of your current
location (Telephone number,
address etc.)
Q. What should we do if during
my Occidental Vacations I get
sick?
A. If circumstances permit it the
member should always contact
Angel Guard Assist HelpDesk at the
phone numbers provided in the
certificate, they will coordinate the
medical services for you, that been
in your hotel or anywhere else. If
however is a major emergency the
member can act by itself and give a
notice within the next 24 hours of
the occurrence of the event.

Q- Will the Medical Center accept


the insurance?
A- As long as the member
coordinates the services dialing our
HelpDesk, and having an available
provider in the area it is accepted. If
instead the member go on his own
it is not guaranteed. Always
remember to notify the HelpDesk
of the occurrence of an event,
guaranteeing a refund if required.
In these cases the member should
always keep the medical reports
and bills of the service.
Q. Are all the medical conditions
covered, even the pre-existing
ones?
A. Pre-existing medical conditions
are excluded, and only the first
medical emergencies are covered.
All other expenses will be the
members responsibility.
Q- How long will it take for my
reimbursement to arrive?
A- 12 days of receiving all
documentation in medical cases
(original
invoices,
payments,
receipts, medical reports and
claims form). In non-medical cases
(Ex. Flight delay) the member must
still report to the Angel Guard
Assist HelpDesk the proof of the
case reported. Refunds may be

received in electronic deposits into


an account provided by the
member, and/or Travelers checks
of the member residence address.
Q-How much is the deductible
and on what cases applies?
A-The deductible is US$100 and it
applies to all medical expenses.
Q. Can I access the service
network of the country am
travelling in?
A. Angel Guard Assist has
thousands of providers around the
world, making it impossible to
supply the member with a list of
affiliated centers. As long as the
member communicates with the
HelpDesk we would supply the
best provider for its needs.
