CUTTING ENERGY CORDS

One of the most important things a persons can clear is the the karmic ties and etheric cords that still bind them
to previous relationships and prevent them from completing those relationships in the highest of ways. Most
people do not realize that when you have a relationship with someone your energetic systems become
connected, especially when there is a strong emotional or mental event between both parties such as a traumatic
or painful event. We create energy cords through sex and when we make conscious or subconscious vows,
contracts, promises or oaths (spoken and unspoken) with the other person. Often one person will strongly feel
and think that those promises are still valid to this day.
These energetic cords are attached to one or more chakras of both people. The frequency of the thoughts and
emotions that you had with that person will resonate with the energy of a specific chakra. For example if you
experience a heartbreak or betrayal then you can create a cord between your heart chakra and the other persons
heart chakra. This means that even though a relationship ends, the energetic relationship is still there despite the
time passed. And even though you may be physically separate now, youre still very much connected to them
energetically. So the same energy dynamic is going on (drama, pain and suffering), even though consciously you
may think the relationship is completed. This can drain your energy and pulse your emotionally body, depending
on where the cords are located. This is why many people continue to constantly think about their ex partner and
feel the pain of past events.
It is very important to complete each relationship in the highest of ways and to remove any energetic cords that
are attached between you and the other person. This is the only way your soul can close the chapter and be
ready to move on to higher relationships, events and experiences. If you dont remove these energy cords then
you will be stuck in a low frequency relationship karmic loop where the same things keep happening over and
over again. Going back to the previous example of betrayal and heartbreak, if you had these experiences during a
previous relationship and you told yourself I had enough, I am going to leave this person, but even though you
are physically separated from him or her the energetic cords from that experience will keep you connected to that
person.
The problem is that all the painful and traumatic experiences that you created in that relationship will then be
carried in your soul memory and on to your next relationship. In fact the frequency of those unresolved etheric
cords and karmic ties will attract you to people, places, times, things and events that resonate with the frequency
of that abuse, anger, grief,betrayal, heartbreak, pain and hurt. So when you do manifest another relationship you
will have a tendency to project onto your new relationship all of this anger and hurt from the past one. These
relationship cycles continue over and over and the person is not aware why their relationships fail or why they
cant attract a different type of person. So they keep creating more and more similar experiences and the
energetic blockages become more solidified, they continue to add more etheric mass and the negative
frequencies get stronger. This is one of the main reason divorce rates dramatically increase for 2nd and 3rd
marriages. And ultimately this will affect the persons health and well-being.
Many of these karmic relationships, often love-hate relationships are from past lifetimes which our soul brings
back into our lives so that we can finally resolve and absolve the karma and move on. It is very common for some
of our worst enemies from past lives to actually incarnate into our own family or come back as a future spouse.
So think about all your past relationships that have not been completed in the highest of ways and imagine if you
could call up all of the karmic ties that were created from these past relationships and permanently remove all
energetic attachments. Then you are able to connect with them from a place of higher giving love, gratitude and
compassion in order to complete the relationship in the highest of ways. In this way, the person will not be brought
back into your life later to resolve this, or you wont have to resolve this in another relationship or future lifetime.
Some of the most common relationships that are important to focus on are:
- mother/daughter, father/son, husband/wife, past friends, past lovers, past abusive relationships, and
relationships with employers.

When you clear the karmic ties between you and your family members, it doesnt mean that you cant have a
relationship with them anymore. It just means that your relationship will evolve from a karmic or codependent one,
into a relationship or union of higher love and understanding. A true union is when you can love the other person
and not expect anything back from them in return, and allow them to be who they are. In this way, you have two
people who are truly whole, and not just trying to extract what they feel that they lack in themselves from the other
person. And they are also not trying to constantly change the other person.
Below is a simple step-by-step cord-cutting technique:
Put your hands in the slightly cupped position. Place one hand above and slightly in front of your head and place
the other hand down at your side but curving slightly inward toward your body (Fig. A). It will be as if you are
holding a large ball in front of you. Most people put their dominant or energizing hand at the top.
1. Imagine beams of light projecting from your fingertips long enough to sweep across the front of your body.
2. Now, sweep down with your top hand while sweeping up from below with your other hand. You can dip your
knees in order to sweep across your legs in front. Imagine that you are gathering together all these cords, from
the bottom of your feet to the top of your head, that are connected to various parts of your energy aura.
3. Pull them together into one bundle in front of your front solar plexus chakra. You should be able to feel them as
your hands get about eight to 12 inches apart. Then grasp the cords in one hand.
4. Cut through the cords forcefully with a brisk karate chop motion with your dominant or top hand (Fig. B) You
may wish to visualize the edge of your hand as a sharp, serrated knife. Make three cuts close to your body at the
front solar plexus.
5. Visualize an image of your back. Repeat your name silently to clarify your intention.
6. Place one hand above your visualized head and one hand below your visualized feet.
7. Sweep and gather the cords into a bundle at your back solar plexus chakra in the same manner, then cut them
with three sharp motions.
You should repeat these techniques after every client you see and after any negative interaction with people.
