ThefollowingnarrativeconcerningthetrueroleofLeeHarveyOswaldintheassassinationofJohnF.Kennedyis
bothsimpleandcomplex.SimplebecauseOswaldwasactuallyaveryyoungandsimpleguywhowasgrossly
misrepresentedbythegovernment,lawenforcementandthemedia.Complexbecauseanextraordinary
confluenceofcircumstancesthrewhimintoaliteralcaldronoffesteringconflictsandcomplicatedvendettas.
NogooddeedgoesunpunishedisanadagethatisquiteapplicabletotherealstoryofLeeOswald.Hisidealistic
natureandardentsearchforhismissioninlifepropelledhimintothemostdangerousgameontheplanetinthe
early1960s.SuchwashisnaivetandquixoticapproachtolifethatOswaldwouldbethrustontoabattlefieldthat
guaranteedhewouldbecaughtinthecrossfire.AndsohewasonNovember24th,1963[1].
WhateveryouhaveheardaboutLeeHarveyOswaldhasmostlikelyoriginatedwiththeultra
secretCIAAssassinationTeamwhichoversaweveryaspectofPresidentKennedysassassination.
Moreaccurately,itwastheirLangleybasedpropagandaarm,aswellasnumerousorgansofdisinformationthat
wereresponsiblefortheentireJFKassassinationcoverup.Therefore,itisimperativetosuspendanyandall
judgmentconcerningLeeHarveyOswald(LHO)whilereadingthisauthoritativeaccount.Theevidenceand
testimonyinthisexposisasfactualasitiscredibleandprovidesapenetratinginsightintothemodusoperandi
ofthetypicalCIAassassinationand/orfalseflagoperation.

AllofthesenewdetailssurroundingthetruerelationshipbetweenandamongJohnF.Kennedy,RobertF.
KennedyandLeeHarveyOswaldhavebeencorroboratedasmuchaspossibleatthislatedate.Thankstothe
internet,theirisnowawealthofinformationanddataavailableconcerningboththeassassinationandthe
coverup.Eventsandmeetingshavebeenverifiedviathepublicrecord.Datesandtimeshavebeenauthenticated
withactualnewsreports.Keyindividualshavebeenidentifiedbyfirsthandaccounts,astheiraccompliceshave
beenconfirmed.Criticalrelationshipsandconspiratorialcollaborationshavelikewisebeensubstantiated.
Intheend,LeeHarveyOswaldwillbeknownastheunsungherowhowasquitemeticulouslyframedbytheCIA,
theFBIandtheDallasPoliceDepartment.FramedbecausehewasknownbytheCIAtobeworkingvery
closelywiththeKennedybrothers.JohnKennedywaswellknownforhisdissatisfactionwiththeCIAs
incorrigibleabuseofpowerandnumerousrogueelements.BothheandRobertwereintentoneliminatingallthe
blackoperationsconductedbytheCIAincollaborationwiththeMafiaandCubanexileswhowantedFidelCastro

dead.ParticularlyaftertheBayofPigsfiascowasJFKdeterminedtoreinintheCIA,ifnotshutitdown
altogether.
Theensuing,unparalleledintragovernmentalfeudwasgoingonatthesametimethatBobbyKennedyhad
declaredwaronorganizedcrime,especiallytheItalianmafiafamiliesinNewYorkCity,ChicagoandNewOrleans.
AftersinglingouttheMafiaforanunprecedentedspateoffederalprosecutions,theItalian
AmericanmafiosoCarlosMarcelloGodfatheroftheNewOrleansMafiabecameaspecialtargetofthe
JusticeDepartment.BecauseoftheCIAsdirectcollusionwiththisLouisianamobfigureandaNOLAcliqueof
CubanexilesintheirattemptstooverthrowtheCastroregimewasOswaldassignedbyRFKtoinfiltratethat
totallyrogueoperation.ThelastthingtheKennedybrotherswantedtobeassociatedwithwastheunlawful
assassinationofanotherheadofstateFidelCastro.
TowardthatendOswaldsdeepcoverstatuswasfiercelyprotectedthroughouttheAttorneyGeneralrunsting
againsttheantiCastromovementwhichwasgrowingmorevolatilebytheday.Thefailedassassinationattempts
onCastroslifeonlyseemedtoincreasethefervorofsomanyCubanexileswhowantedtheircountrybackno
matterhow.SomeofthemorefanaticalwerecontractedbytheCIAtoperformashitmenandtodoanyother
dirtyworkthatTheCompany(alsoknownastheCIA)didnotwanttobedirectlyaffiliatedwith.
NewOrleans:WhereRogueCIAOperatives,FanaticalCubanExiles,And
RevengefulLouisianaMafiaIntersect
Thisspecificinterpartydynamicandthecollaborationamongthesethreegroupsiscrucialtounderstand.They
allhadthesamegoalinmind:TotakebackCuba.Afterall,Havanahadbecomeaveritableoasisforthe
internationalsetofglitterati,gamblersandgunrunners.WhenCastrofinallytookoverCubain1959heendedthe
partyofallparties.Cubawasfastbecomingthemajorlinkintheburgeoninginternationalillegaldrugtrade.
WhenheturnedoffthelightsinthefamousHavanacasinos,healsoterminatedtheillegaldrugtraffickingwhich
thencloseddownthehighlyprofitableCubanmarket.
1959wasnotagoodyearinCubaforthosewhosawtheircasinosshuddered,theirdrugandprostitutionrings
brokenup,theirloansharkingoperationsandprotectionracketscloseddown,andtheirgunrunningterminated.
Acapitalistdreamturnedintoacommunistnightmarewiththeguerrillarevolutionthatoverthrewthe
exceedinglycorruptregimeofFulgencioBattista.Theverynexusofallthesedubiousactivitiestransnational
illegaldrugtraffickingwasthecorebusinessthattheCIA,theCubans,andtheMafiashared.Soprofitablewere
theirrespectivesharesofthedrugrevenuesthattheywerewillingtoanythingANYTHINGtogetitallback.
ForthediehardCubancapitalist,facingCastrosfiringsquadswascompletelyoutofthequestionhence,manyan
exileshowedupinMiamiandNewOrleans,thetwomajorhubsforthefleeingHavanaexiles.NewOrleans,
however,becamethemagnetforthosefanaticswhowouldparticipateinanyplotwhatsoeverthatwouldallow
thentoreclaimtheirformerpieceofCubanparadise.Whatunitedthemmorethananythingwastheirhatredfor
FidelCastro.WhentheKennedyAdministrationwithdrewtheirsupportforthiscause,theCubanexiles
redirectedtheirintensehatredtowardthePresident,asdidtheinvolvedMafiafamiliesandmanyrogueelements
withintheCIA.
Comethefallof1963,theseanimositieshadbeenfesteringforyearsandlookingforanoutlet.Allthreeparties
theCIA,theCubanexiles,andtheMafiasharedthesameagendaandhadconvenientlyoverlappinggoals.Each

beenbetrayedbytheCIAandtheJointChiefs.Nevertheless,PresidentKennedyfellsquarelywithintheir
crosshairsthatNovember.AllthepentupragewasquitepurposefullychannelledtowardJFKsdemiseby
thosestakeholderswhotrulycontrolledtherealm.

AllofthemeninthephotographaremembersofOperation40,aCentralIntelligenceAgencysponsored
undercoveroperationintheearly1960s.ThegroupwasinitiallyformedtoseizepoliticalcontrolofCubaafter
theBayofPigsInvasion.ItsprimaryfunctionincludedanultrasecretCIAassassinationteamthatwas
mobilizedtoexecuteheadsofstate,politicians,militaryofficers,etc.innationsidentifiedforregimechange.
TheCubanAngstContextIsWhatCompelledBobbyKennedyToEmployLee
HarveyOswald
RobertF.Kennedyknewthatmultipleplotswereafoottobringthemdown.WherehisolderbrotherJohn(by8
years)hadmanagedtolivethroughWorldWarIIandseenthehorrorsofwar,Bobbyhadnot.WhereasJFKwas
knowntohavesomeveryseriousmedicalconditionsthatrequiredregularmonitoring,Bobbywasyoungand
healthy.He,too,hadaspirationsofbeingpresidentoneday,afterasuccessfulstintasAttorneyGeneralwithin
thewildlypopularKennedyAdministration.Therefore,hisinstinctsforselfpreservationweregreatlysharpened,
unlikeJFKwhoknewhecouldtakethehitatanytime.
AsAttorneyGeneral,Bobbywasmuchmoreawareofthescuttlebuttonthestreet,especiallyonthestreetsofNew
OrleansandMiami.Hewasalsoprivytomuchinsideinformationfromhiseyesandearswithintheorganized
antiCastromovement.TheinvestigativeapparatusoftheJusticeDepartmentalsoprovidedhimwithmassive
amountsofprivilegedinformation,especiallyinregardtoJackspetprojectexposingillegalCIAsponsored
antiCastroactivities.ForitwasthisparticularpretextthatJFKwouldusetoforevershutdownthe
CIA.
AllenDulles,thefirstcivilianDirectoroftheCIA,wasdeeplyinvolvedinregimechangearoundtheglobe.After
thefailedBayofPigsoperation,regimechangeinCubabecamemuchmoreunlikely,ashistoryhasshown.In

autumn1961,followingtheBayofPigsincident,Dullesandhisentourage,includingDeputyDirectorforPlans
RichardM.Bissell,Jr.andDeputyDirectorCharlesCabell,wereforcedtoresign.[2]ThefiringofAllenDulles
provedtobethemostconsequentialactbyPresidentKennedyasitgreatlyfueledtheCubanAngstproblem.
ThereisanotherverysignificantbackstorytotheburgeoningantiCastromovementthatrevolvesaround
heavyweightslikeGeorgeH.W.Bush,RichardNixon,BarryGoldwater,AllenDulles,J.EdgarHoover,LyndonB.
Johnsonandsomeverypowerfulconservativebusinessmen.Theresnoquestionthatthesehighprofilepolitical
powerhouseswerebeingpushedbytheircorporateoverlordstoundotheCubanrevolution.Notonlydidtheynot
wantacommuniststateintheirbackyard,theydidntwanttheirmyriadcommercialintereststhreatened
throughoutCentralandSouthAmerica.Thespecterofindustrywidenationalizationswasalreadyloomingin
variousleftleaningcountries.
RogueelementswithintheCIA,fanaticalCubanexiles,avariciousNOLAmafiosoandthelikeweremerelythe
toolsinthisragingwarbetweencapitalismandcommunism.Theircollectivehatredanddeeprootedfearof
Communismbecamethecentralorganizingprincipleforavirtualconglomerateofvariousgovernment
institutionsandcorporateentities.CastrosCubawasregardedasanathematothisburgeoningmovement.The
KennedysandKingsweresimplynomatchduringthetumultuous1960s.Historywasoverwhelminglyontheside
ofthewarmongers,notthepeacemakers,astheshockingsuccessionoftragicassassinationsduringthe60s
demonstrated.
Come1963,twoyearsaftertheBayofPigs,thefrustrationandangerwastoreachaboilingpoint.Allthemoney
andresources,timeandenergy,personnelandtrainingthatweremarshaledtowardassassinatingFidelCastro
weresimplyredirectedtowardassassinatingPresidentKennedy.Eventheassassinationtrainingcampsownedby
MikeMcLaneyinLacombe,LouisianawereteemingwithangryCubanexiles,mafiahitmenandrogueCIA
agents.Triggerhappyistheonlywaytodescribethecombustibleatmosphere,andtheKennedysbecamethe
target.
Forthese,andotherreasons,BobbyKennedychoseLeeHarveyOswaldasanultrasecret,supraclassified
counterintelligenceassettoinfiltratetheCIACubanMafiamovement.Inthatcapacity,Oswaldliterally
functionedasaonemandomesticcounterintelligenceoperation.BecausehewasborninNewOrleansheknew
wellthelayofthelandthere.HealsolivedinDallasuponhisreturnfromtheUSSRsincehismotherandbrother
hadmovedthere.However,itwashislifelongaffinitytosocialismandcommunismwhichmadehimanaturalfit
forthemissionthatRFKhadinmind.
BecauseOswaldhadalongstandinginterestincommunism,hedefectedtotheUSSRataveryyoungagejust
beforeturning20.Thisextraordinaryinitiativealonedemonstratedhisunusualcourageandcommitmenttoact
onhisconvictions.Certainly,toproceedwiththatmajormove,especiallygiventheRedScarepoliticalclimate
ofthe1950s,wastogoagainstthegraininamostcounterculturalway.Therefore,RFKknewhehadanextremely
uniquecharacterinthepersonofOswald,someonewhowasbraveenoughtowalkintothefirepitoftheNew
Orleansbased,CIAcontrolled,antiCastromovement.HealsoknewthatOswaldcouldbetrustedinawaythat
nooneelsecouldbe.Inotherwords,LeeHarveyOswaldwaswillingtosacrificehislifeforamuchhigher
purpose.Andsohedid!

OswaldsTransitionBackToTheUSABeganWithTheAttorneyGeneralsApproval
AfterOswaldgrewdisillusionedwithlifeintheUSSRhelookedforawaybacktotheUSA.Giventhemannerin
whichhemovedtotheUSSR,hiscitizenshipstatuswasbothilldefined,highlyunusualandpractically
unprecedented.AlthoughheneverrenouncedhisUScitizenship,hisapplicationtoreturntotheUSwithhiswife
andchildwasquitesurprisinglyapproved.NotonlywashisRussianwife,Marina,permittedtoemigrate,the
U.S.EmbassygaveOswaldarepatriationloanof$435.71.[1]Qualifiedresearchershavenotedthatsuchan
accommodationfromtheStateDepartmentcouldonlyhavebeenprovidedwiththeexplicitapprovaloftheUS
AttorneyGeneral.
Oswald(whohadneverformallyrenouncedhisU.S.citizenship)wrotetotheU.S.Embassyin
MoscowrequestingreturnofhisAmericanpassport,andproposingtoreturntotheU.S.ifany
chargesagainsthimwouldbedropped.[1]
AnotherverycuriousandinexplicablethingoccurredduringOswaldsreturntothestateswithhisfamily.When
Oswald,Marina,andtheirinfantdaughterleftfortheUnitedStates,theyreceivednoattentionfromthe
press,muchtoOswaldsdisappointment[1].Thisparticularnoneventspeaksvolumes,especiallyinlightofthe
obviousColdWarPRsuccessthatsucharepatriationwouldhaverepresented.Truly,itdoesntgetmuchbigger
thanthataUScitizenmovingbackfromtheUSSRwithhisnewRussianfamilyintow.Howwasthat
explosivemediaeventsquelched,exceptbyverypurposefuldesign.
BecauseofthesupersecretmissionplannedbyRFKtoutilizeOswald,therecouldbenopressinvolved.
Otherwise,hiseverymoveandwordmightbewatchedbythemediaatatimewhenanonymityorbeinglowkey
wasabsolutelynecessary.Oswaldsowndisappointmentismorethanlikelyduetobeingunawareofthetrue
depthandbreadthofhisfuturemission.Although,itisverysignificantthathewasonly22yearsoldatthattime.
Surelynotanagewhenhispeersweretravelingtheglobelookingforanoblecauseaseriousmissionora
higherpurposeinlife.
ItisduringthisperiodofhislifethatsomeinvestigatorsbelievethatOswaldwasbroughtdirectlyunderRobert
Kennedyswing.RFKhadadireneedwhichveryfewindividualscouldfulfill.LeeOswaldwasamandesperately

lookingforhismissioninlife.InNewOrleans,andDallas,weretheybothabletoaccommodateeachotherin
suchamannerthatnothinglessthanNationalSecuritywasbeingservedinthemostessential
way.Unfortunately,andunknowntoOswald,therogueelementswithintheCIAknewexactlywherehisloyalties
lay.ForthisreasonthetrapwasbeingsettheverydayheshowedupinNOLA,asitwasthensprunglaterin
Dallas.
UponenteringtheNewOrleansscene,Oswaldquicklybecameawareofplotsandintriguesofeveryshapeandsize
bystrategicallyinsertinghimselfwhereverpossible.However,itwasinDallasinOctoberof1963thathewas
madeprivytovariousconspiraciestoassassinatethePresident.Littledidheknowthattheserevelationswereby
deliberatedesign.Thinkingthathissleuthinguncoveredtheseconspiracies,Oswaldunwittinglywalkedintothe
schemethatwasbeingplannedinDallasasabackuptoanotherassassinationplotthatwaslocatedinChicago.
ThatassassinationplotalsohadapatsyThomasArthurValleewhoseprofilewasverysimilartoLeeOswald.
TheREALIrony:ItwasOswaldwhohelpedsaveJFKfromanassassinationplotthreeweeks
earlierinChicago.Insodoing,hesealedhisownfate.
OnlybecauseoftheabortedassassinationattemptonJFKthreeweeksearlieronNovember2,1963inChicago
didOswaldultimatelybecomethefallguyinDallas.
NotonlydidOswaldhavenothingtodowiththeassassinationofJohnKennedy,hewasactuallyworkingto
uncoverdifferentassassinationanglesforRobertF.Kennedy.AfterbecomingawareoftheChicagoassassination
plan,OswaldphonedinatiptotheFBIwarningJFKnottotraveltoChicagoonNovember2,1963.Kennedys
innercirclethenusedapretexttocancelhisvisittoChicago,thuspostponinghismurderbyanothergroupof
assassinsutilizinghighpoweredrifles.
Becauseofthisverysimilar,yetaborted,assassinationplotthatoccurredinearlyNovember,theKennedy
brothersweresufficientlydeceivedthattheymomentarilylettheirguarddown.SincetheirpointmanOswald
hadsuccessfullyalertedthemtotheplot(whichwasfurthercorroboratedbyothereventsinvolvingChicagolaw
enforcement),theybelievedincorrectlythathewasgenuinelyintheknow.
However,itappearsthattheNovember2ndassassinationattemptmayhavebeenastagedeventallalonginorder
todoexactlywhatitdidgivetheKennedysafalsesenseofsecurityduringtheleaduptothemaineventin
Dallas.InthatChicagoepisode,OswaldmayhavebeenusedunknowinglyasatrustedmessengertoRFKto
deliverplantedinformationwhichhedidnotknowwasanintegralpieceoftheDallasassassinationplot.
AlsounknowntoOswald,theCIAexecutionteamwasquicklygearinguptoexecutetheirPlanBscheduledfor
Dallason22November.Hereagain,Oswald,inhisultrasecretcapacityofworkingforAttorneyGeneralRobert
Kennedy,hadinfiltratedtheCIAcellthatwasworkingonthegroundinbothNewOrleansandDallas.ThisCIA
advanceteamwasgettingeverythingreadyinandaroundDallasfortheverypublicexecution,onethatJFKknew
wouldhappensoonerorlater.Towardthatend,theCIAhadbegunsettingthetrapforLHOintheTexasSchool
BookDepositoryBuildinginDallaswherehewasgivenajob.

AllCIAAssassinationsAndFalseFlagOperationsHaveTheSameMO
UnderstandingthetimehonoredstructureandprocessofCIAblackoperations(blackops)iscriticaltofully
comprehendinghowLeeOswaldwasplayed.Asfollows:
First,allCIAblackopsareconductedinahighlycompartmentalizedfashionwherebyeachindividualparticipates
onastrictlyneedtoknowbasis.Second,thefewestnumberofparticipantsnecessaryarechosenforeach
componentandphaseoftheoperation.Third,thereisminimalcontactbetweenthehitmenandtheirhandlers,
betweenthedecisionmakersandtheplanners,betweenthefinanciersandtheirbagmen.Likewise,everyphase
oftheblackopisimplementedwiththesamedegreeofattentiontotheseproceduraldetails.Inthisway,Oswald
onlyknewwhathewastoldbyperhapsoneindividualaboutapossibleupcomingassassinationplotinDallas.
Accordingtovariousaccounts,OswaldhadahandlerwithintheCIAbythenameofMauriceBishop,whosereal
namewasDavidAtleePhillips.PhillipswasDallasbornandverywellconnectedwithintheinternational
intelligencecommunity.HisintimateinvolvementwiththeAlpha66anorganizationofantiCastroCubans
surelycaughttheattentionoftheKennedybrothers.AsaprimaryCIAliaisonwiththeCubanexilecommunity,
hishighprofilewasveryunlikelytobemistaken.Itappears,however,thatOswaldwouldultimatelybeundoneby
thisparticularrelationship,beingtoldonlythatanassassinationplanwasinworksnotthewhenandthewhere

accordingtoPhillips,wasajob[E.]HowardHunthadheldintheearlyfiftiesandinwhich

BecauseofhisextremelylimitedaccesstotheactualCIAplaybookthatwasbeingruninDallason22November,
itsapparentthatOswaldwasbeingfedincompleteand/orfalseinformationabouttheunfoldingassassination
plot.Inordertokeephiminvolvedwiththefalseconspiracy,Oswaldshandlermusthavefabricatedastoryline
whichdidnotincludeanyoftherealdetailsthatwouldhavealertedhimtotheNovember22ndexecutionplan.
Asamatteroffact,OswaldsownsupervisorattheTexasSchoolBookDepositorywavedoffDallaspoliceasthey
searchedthebuildingforanallegedgunmanrightaftertheassassinationtookplace.Oswaldhadbeensitting
withhisbossinthebreakroomduringtheactualassassinationandwasunawarethattheshootinghadeven
occurred.
ThisiswhenLeeOswaldwentintopanicmode.Heinstantlygraspedthegravityofeventsthatwereswirling
aroundhim.Inhisrealizationthattheassassinationhadtakenplacewithoutsomuchasahintfromhishandler
(orfromsomanyotherwellconnectedcontactsandcoconspirators),heunderstoodthathemightbesetupto
takethefall.Hisbehaviorandquickmovementsthatafternoonthenreflectedhisdesperation,whichonly
reinforcedtheguiltyimagethattheFedswereintentonprojectingtothepublic.
However,intheonenationallytelevisedvideorecordingwhereLeeOswaldloudlyproclaimedhisinnocenceand
claimedcompleteignoranceofanymurderplots,theCIAcoverupteamknewtheyhadaseriousproblem.Oswald
wasprobablyspeakingdirectlytoBobbyKennedywhenhemaderepeatedrequestsforLegalRepresentation
(Seevideobelow),aswellasacrypticpleaforspecialprotectionwhileinpolicecustody.Infact,Oswaldhadso
manyconnectionstosomanypowerplayerswithintheNOLAundergroundthattheestablishmentknewthatany
kindofatrialwouldbecatastrophicfortheircause.LeeOswaldwascertaintobetheproverbialloosecannon
