The 751-5701 AS-Interface Module allows standard sensors and actuators to

be controlled as slave devices on an AS-Interface network.
It is an economical solution for the fieldbus-independent and flexible
connection of sensors and actuators in the field and/or the switchgear
cabinet.
One module accepts 4 24VDC digital inputs and 4 24VDC digital outputs
(2A).
All connections to the module, including the AS-Interface connection, the
actuator supply connection, and connections to the I/O, are made via separate WAGO MULTI CONNECTION (MCS) pluggable terminal blocks.
The module provides a short circuit proof sensor supply, and a separate
actuator supply via the AUX contacts.

Short circuit and overload conditions are reported via LED and over the
AS-Interface bus.
An onboard programming socket serves for slave configuration.
The 751-5701 AS-Interface Module is designed in accordance with the
AS-Interface specification V.3.0.
