The Academy of Humanities, Art and Media


The Academy of Humanities, Arts and Media features a state of the art media equipment. The program itself enriches it’s participants with coursework in a variety of areas including film production
literary analysis, the study of culture and languages, oral histories, architecture, and art history with a stimulating array of coursework and solid internship experiences.

The Academy of Politics, Advocacy and Law


The Academy of Politics, Advocacy, and Law will enable students to study how to become advocates for themselves and the community-at-large and offer an opportunity for students to explore the
legal system, government, law enforcement, criminal justice and related fields.

The Academy of Technology, Environmental, and Systems Sciences


The Academy of Technology, Environmental, and Systems Sciences explores ecology, aqua culture, climatology, bio diversity, environmental safety, horticulture, and an array of environmental
studies.

The Honors Program consists of Advanced Placement courses and advanced level/honors courses. The Honors Program is designed to
provide appropriate instructional challenges for academically talented and motivated students. Selection for honors work is based on
course prerequisites, grades, test results, teacher and counselor recommendation, student interest, and work samples. A student is
not selected for the Honors Program as a whole, but rather for a particular honors course. The designation Honors/Advanced will
