NARRATIVE
Narrative of Offense Committed
On or about the above stated date and time, the Defendant did

knowingly or intentionally possess a controlled substance, to-wit: Marijuana, A Schedule I Controlled Substance

AFFIDAVIT

I, the undersigned, being duly sworn, state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Affidavit, known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for my
belief that the defendant committed this crime
State all facts and persons relied upon supporting elements of alleged crime

After checking on a vehilce stuck in the snow in the 1800 mile of 390th street a check of a residence that was about 50 yards from the stranded car was
done. One set of foot prints were found in the snow blown shut driveway leading to and from 1892 390th St. After knocking an announcing, with no
answer, it was decided to check the house to make sure it had not been burglarized. The stranded car had a registered owner from Charter Oak. A
glove was seen on the garage floor that was identical to one seen on the ground behind the stranded car. After opening the kitchen door and
announcing, I could hear the television set on. We entered the home again announcing our presence. While checking the inside of the house for
possible intruders, Deputy Meyer opened a closet door and could see drug paraphernalia on a shelf. There was also several little bundles of marijuana.
These items were seized and sent for testing. The substance tested positive for marijuana. A short time later a call was received from the defendant
wanting to know why we towed his car. Shortly after that defendant called again wanting to know what reason we had to search his closet. Defendant
came to the Sheriff's Office about his car and was arrested.
