Main Purpose of the Job:

Main purpose is to accomplish the following:

Timely Support Sales Team regarding Assets availability & for In working
condition repairing

In-House Preventative Maintenance Plans & agreement with 3rd

Parties for Cabinets complains (Pel-Non Pel) in allocated budget.

Re-Induction of freezers ,Plate freezers, Trikes & other assets as per
sales plan.

Functional Responsibilities of the Job:

Primary Responsibilities:

Functional Objectives

Regular visits of Stock points (SPD) and report to NCCM

Regular visits of Trade market (Auditing) and report to NCCM and copy to RSM and ASM.
Four time in a week, visit of PEL service centre to monitor and ensure the quality of repai
Co-ordinate with National Sales HSE Coordinator to implement Sales Safety Policies in Co
Measurement TRIR 0.3%.

In-House Preventative Maintenance Plans & agreement with 3rd Parties for Cabinets
allocated budget.
Maintenance of Trikes under allocated budget.
Re-Induction of freezers ,Plate freezers, Trikes & other assets as per sales plan.
Proper record keeping of Freezers ,Plate Freezers,Trikes along with barcodes and area, an
Make Model SPDs (two Model SPD in Islamabad).
Follow up of SOP for operational side of all stock point, Like electrical wiring and safety pr
Coordination with 3rd party for services backup and complaint resolving with time fame a
Implementation and follow up preventive maintenance of freezers and repair of trikes in r
Verification of monthly freezers / trikes repairing claims of 3P and stock points.
MSA audit report of SPD and Distributors to NCCM after every two month
Make the repair plan for fiberglass mechanic and monitor the work on weekly basis.
Verify the monthly expenses of TA's and fiberglass mechanic.
Asset verification at SPD and report to NCCM on monthly basis.
