Yesterday, I ordered Chicken Supreme and Hawaiian Chicken from Pizza Hut. Guess what happened?
The pizzas were delivered only after 55 minutes. They also sent me the wrong pizzas yet both of them
were completely cold. One was already stale. I should report this in the newspaper. What do you think?

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Pizza Delivery Complain
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the poor pizza delivery service from your
company. Firstly, the pizzas you sent were not the one that I ordered. I ordered Super Supreme and
Hawaiian Chicken. However, I received both Chicken Supreme.
Furthermore, the pizzas only arrived after 55 minutes, despite of the 20 minutes as advertised. To
make matters worse, both pizzas were completely cold and one looked as if it was made several days
ago.
Above all, when I called the pizza branch, no one took responsibility to sort out the problem. The
whole matter was treated by your staff as though it was completely unimportant, I spite of the fact that I
had been your customers for more than 20 years. As a result, I am considering stopping eating and
ordering pizzas from your company.
Taking everything into consideration, I must insist on full refund of the particular order.
