can use relay but we have used mainly PIN-diodes. Design some kind of band pass filtering to antenna branch
to improve RX blocking and to decrease spurious emissions.
11. Control voltage for antenna switch cam be build in this way. Find the pin number 1 of power aplifier
boards IC TAA765. This is the place where you can take a coltrol voltage. Build this circuit:
From pin 1 <---RFchocke---+---Resistor---+---RFchocke---> to TX connector

12. Now we try to get some power out from the radio. Connect a power meter and dummy load to antenna
connector or preferably directly to TX output connector in diplexer pit. Measure the VCO voltage as
peviously. Set the low output power by pressing CS until in the display you see x0. x is the volume setting. Set
the frequency of 434.575 (the highest frequency where you want to transmit). Press M-key which is PTT.
Check the VCO control voltage. Turn the trimmer so that voltage is just below 9V. Release the PTT. Check if
the VCO gets locked in the lowest wanted frequency for example 433.400 MHz.
12a. When the PLL stays in lock both in TX and RX we can move on. Set the power level 1. Set the
frequency to the middle channel. Turn every helix can one turn in. Then you can try to transmit. If you are
lucky you can have some milliwatts out now. If not try to adjust the uppermost capasitor in TX board. Adjust
the rest of capasitors to maximum power.
13. That's all folks.
