Metrological calibration with standard mass

All options in this section require INSTALLER level password entry.

Adjustment with depositing a standard weight is the preferred method of adjusting a weighing instrument. This
is the method that leads to the most accurate results.

Zero offset

Put any standard mass placing accessories (for example, the mass suspension device for a hopper) and start
the following command.
  / , /

Zero measurement

To confirm the zero offset acquisition and exit the

function, press key.

As before, the measurement must be made with any standard mass placing accessories, but without any other
load.

Declaring the number of segments
  / , / - / $$
Most often, it is not necessary to adjust a weighing instrument over several segments. Leave the default
value: NB SEG=1.
If the load receiver provides a not so linear signal and requires a calibration over several segments, enter
the number of segments, for example: NB SEG=3.
Maximum number of segments: 6.

Linearisation of several segments

Follow the procedure above for each segment, until the maximum number of segments defined in the order of
increasing mass (for example, 3):

Metrological adjustment without standard weight

All options in this section require INSTALLER level password entry.

The adjustment without standard weight can be used alternatively, in various adverse conditions. This is the
case of a weighing instrument that it is not possible to discharge to perform the adjustment (e.g. a silo loaded with
several tonnes of product to be preserved). This method leads to a precision of the order of 1 to 2%.

function, in particular the quality of metrological adjustment.

Compensation for earth gravity variations

All options in this section require INSTALLER level password entry.

When the weighing instrument is adjusted to a different place from the point of use, it is necessary to
record the latitude and altitude values of each site. Thus, the system can calculate the compensation of the gravity
difference between the two locations.
So that the compensation for the variation of gravity is effective, the parameters of the instrument's usage location
must be recorded after adjustment.
Record the place of use parameters:

Zero Filtering Stability (Installation)

Initial zero
This reset to zero can be made when the indicator is powered on. To do this, the user starts the indicator
by pressing and holding the and
keys at the same time.
This zero is the reference to other zero devices.

-
Limit value below the real zero. For example, to enter a limit at -10%, enter 10.
Possible values: From 0 to -100% of the maximum capacity.
Trade use: From 0 to -20% of the maximum capacity (default value: +/- 5 %)

Limit value below the real zero. For example, to enter a limit at -10%, enter 10.
Possible values: From 0 to -100% of the maximum capacity.
Trade use: From 0 to -20% of the maximum capacity (default value: 15 %)

Automatic zero
If enabled, this reset to zero occurs automatically when the gross weight remains stable:
- in a range from 0 to -2 of the maximum capacity from the initial zero;
- during a period greater than or equal to the time.
