Certain Low Cost Carriers (budget airlines etc.) levy an additional fee for airport check-in and/or check-in
baggage. Confirm the same before hand with your airline / operator.
Every airline / operator imposes certain baggage rules. You need to pay separately if you exceed your baggage
limit (either in weight or number of pieces or for any special type of baggage). Certain Low Cost Carriers
(budget airlines etc.) charge for every piece of baggage checked in and do not allow any free baggage.
It is your responsibility to present yourself at the appointed time & place for the activities scheduled in your
itinerary. Unless specifically mentioned, transfers to/from starting point/meeting point for the respective activities
are not included.
Seat in Coach (SIC) implies minimum 15 people to a maximum of 60 people. In peak seasons, the maximum
number of people can increase.
Designated transfer vehicles (whether SIC or Private) will not wait for more than 15 minutes for the pick-up.
Ensure you are punctual & do not miss the same.
The schedule of activities in your itinerary may change based on local conditions like availability, weather, etc.
You would need to present the required documents for your Visa application as per the timeline shared by us.
The list of documents required are as per the requirements of the respective Embassies / High Commissions
and we would be unable to forward any incomplete applications or applications for which documents are

Late Payment - A late payment fee of Rs. 100 per day would apply in case of any delays. Further,
not guarantee the availability and/or the price of the package or any of its components because of
any such delays. Same can also lead to delay in filing of visa applications.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Fee & Visa Fee/Charges are non-refundable.
For Flights, cancellation fees is as levied by the respective airlines. WeAreHolidays only levies
a convenience fee of Rs 1,000 per passenger per flight (unique PNR) being cancelled. Do note,
we require 24 working hours to process flight cancellations.
For all other components of your package (excluding flights & visa), cancellations done before
14 days of departure will attract 50% cancellation fees (50% of the package value) and within
14 days of departure (14th day included) will attract 100% cancellation fees (100% of the
package value). Package value herein excludes cost of flights, visa & booking fee.
