ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

EDUCATION SOCIETY
1. Election of the Education Society Officers
Last June 27, 2013 the education students from first year to fourth year
together with the faculty of the School of Teacher Education elected
the new set of education Society officers for the Academic year 20132014.
2. Carl E. Balita with the Top Notchers
Last July 11, 2013 Dr. Carl E. Balita introduced the Top Notchers and
they serve as an inspiration to the third year and fourth year education
students who will take up their Licensure Examination for teachers and
they also shared some tips and how the examination is done.
3. Meeting with the Education Society Officers.
The Education Society officers conducted a meeting last july 15, 2013
with the following agenda:
Discussion of Constitution and by-laws
Budgets and fund
Membership fee for education students
Interview for the accreditation
New sets of uniform
4. Total Quality Classroom Management
The second year to fourth year education students attended a seminar
last july 25, 2013 in the Audio Visual Theatre regarding the classroom
management. The speaker is Dr. Carl E. Balita. The seminar would
enhanced the skills of future educators in managing their pupils and
students in the classroom.

5. Meeting with the Education Society Officers, Masscom Society Officers

togather with Mrs. Narvasa and Ms. Oviedo.
The agenda of the meeting last July 30, 2013 is for the upcoming
SASTE-ITTS day.
6. Meeting with the Education Society Officers
Last August 6, 2013 the education Society officers conducted a
meeting regarding the following agenda:

Cleanliness and orderliness of the Fame Building

New sets of uniform
Induction of Officers
Department day

7. Youth Leadership seminar and Induction of officers

Last August 10, 2013 all officers in different organization attended the
said seminar and induction program this is to enhanced the leadership
skills of the Education society officers as well as the other officers in
different organizations to promote camaraderie among other students
leaders.
8. Meeting with the Education Society Officers
Last September 23, 2013 the education society officers conducted a
meeting for the planning for the upcoming SASTE-ITTS Day
9. SASTE-ITTS Day 2013
Last September 25, 2013 all students of the SASTE-ITTS together with
the Faculty members participated in the said event. It was highlighted
with different activities and games for the students and teachers of the
SASTE-ITTS department this is to promote sportsmanship and
camaraderie among the SASTE-ITTS students and teachers.

Meeting with the Education Society Officers
Last October 02, 2013 the education society officers conducted a
meeting with the following agenda:
Visitation of our lady of Manaoag
Re-elaction of Officers
World Teachers Day

Last October 3, 2013 the education Society officers helped and
joined the SSC officers and other organization for the preparation and
visitation of our Lady of Manaoag to our school, Colegio de Dagupan.
12.
Last October 5, 2013 the fourth year students of the teacher
education attended a seminar at the Lay Formation Center. The
speaker was Fr. Socrates Villegas. The seminar was about the
Conference of Catholic Professionals on the topic Bioethics.
13.
Last October 9, 2013 the fourth year students who are taking up
Bachelor of Elementary Education attended a seminar entitled

Philippine Association for Teacher Education Region 1 Chapter in

cooperation with CHED. This is to update the knowlwdge of the future
elementary educators about mother tongue- based multi- lingual
education.
14.
Last October 10, 2013 the education society officers together
with other officers in the different organization participated in the
procession of our Lady of Manaoag.
15.
World Teachers Day
Last October 14, 2013 the Education society and SSC officers with the
help of other organization conducted a mini program for the teachers.
This is to give thanks to all the teachers, mentors and instructors for
their unending love, care and support to us. For teaching us lessons in
life and guiding us to the right direction.
