The National Jury Law & Procedures has been set up and interwoven with the needed
implementing rules and regulations so that there is no need to wait for the Supreme Court to
promulgate such IR&R and to make it functional upon approval by the people as a public initiative.
For the purpose of speeding up the transition in criminal trials on current pending criminal
cases from bench trial to trial by jury upon approval of the National Jury Law & Procedures, it is
recommended to all legal luminaries in the Philippines to familiarize the following Trial Jury Forms:
