1. One becomes a citizen with elevated citizenship at the age of 20, no
matter if you are born in or outside the country. The application is a process requires basic math and science skills, common-sense knowledge, and understanding or the government. The citizens have a government-citizen contract stating that the government works for the people. The basic natural rights of freedoms or speech, religious worship, privacy, and right to feel secure and safe are protected with the highest possible action. Those who are not citizens will still get rights if they are born inside the country. Children whether born inside or outside the country get the same basic rights, if they are born inside they will get a standard citizenship, if they are born outside, they will remain with a basic along with adults born outside who have no citizenship until they pass the rest. 2. The society is governed by an elected leader, but with a balance and separation of powers. There is a three branch system, and through a better voting process, is each member selected. It is a democracy with many parties and each person lists their selected candidates from favorite to least favorite. 3. Everyone is required to work in my society. No one gets a free pass to lay around. They are paid in money as well as commodities. People can buy things, but they cannot go into large amounts of debt. 4. Marriages are not arranged, but genetically engineered children are allowed. However, the murder of a child that does not fit a certain trait is prohibited. Families are the most important thing and each parent must take classes before becoming a couple and getting married. 5. No activities are regulated by the government except dangerous ones such as ones that deal with hunting and guns. The rest are free to do as long as it does not harm the environment. Boating, fishing, sports, and technology are all available. 6. Are military is the strongest of all the nations in order to defend itself. The government does not choose to force its ways on other communities, unless they call for our help. We do not shoot before the opposing side shoots. 7. Arts and literature must remain free of censorship or people will live in ignorance and fear. The truth would eventually find its way out sooner or later, so there is no reason to edit all the literature, wasting money, time, and resources. 8. Again, going back to freedom of the press and speech, no reading material is censored in any way. Those who choose to criticize the government, can as long as there is no hate speech or swear words or any acts of violence towards a single being or group of people. 9. The society would like to go coast to coast, but by way of peaceful means. The size is just right as it currently is because it already goes from coast to coast. If population size becomes an issue, older buildings and infrastructure should be rebuilt, except historical sites.
10.People are free to wear whatever color they want to, except ones with inappropriate words and graphical material that minors should not see. The government does regulate only these issues.
