EasyPLC License for use and distribution

The EasyPLC software is distributed as DEMO and as Registered Version. This mean
s:
1. All copyrights to EasyPLC are exclusively owned by the author: Rafael Izquier
do.
2. Any person can use this program for personal and private use during a period
of limitless time.
3. If you use EasyPLC for commercial or professionals ends you must acquire a li
cense of commercial use. Two different types of commercial license exists for Ea
syPLC:
Type 1: A single computer usage license. The user purchases one license to use t
he EasyPLC software on one computer. For each copy of the software that you need
to use you will acquire a license. Once registered, the user is granted a non-e
xclusive license to use EasyPLC in the computer where the software has been inst
alled. The EasyPLC software registered can be sold or exploded at third.
Type 2: Usage license for multiple computers. A USB Key is provided to allow to
execute EasyPLC software where the USB Key will be connected.
4. The EasyPLC DEMO or Registered version may not be freely distributed, each us
er should download the setup program from the author's web: www.nirtec.com
5. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package.
6. The EasyPLC DEMO or Registered version may not be distributed inside of any o
ther software package without written permission of the copyright owner.
7. Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included on the same distrib
ution.
8. To register EasyPLC you should buy it, please, consult in the author's web or
send a mail to easyplc@nirtec.com for more details.
9. THE EasyPLC SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRE
SSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS OF
THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER K
IND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
10. If you use EasyPLC software you agree to NOT USING EasyPLC to USE DEVICES TH
AT PUT IN DANGER THE SECURITY OR HUMAN INTEGRITY, KEEP IN MIND THAT THE EASYPLC
CODE CAN CONTAIN ERRORS AND NEITHER A PERSONAL COMPUTER NEITHER AN STANDARD OPER
ATING SYSTEM ARE PREPARED TO MANAGE AUTOMATISMS THAT REQUIRE TO GUARANTEE A MINI
MUM OF SECURITY IN THE USE FOR PEOPLE.
11. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or
any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. An
y such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of t
his license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. Neither EasyPLC
or Console Configuration binary code may be used or reverse engineered to re-cr
eate the PLC Engine algorithm, which is proprietary, without written permission
of the author. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Rafael Izq
uierdo.
12. Installing and using EasyPLC signifies acceptance of these terms and conditi

ons of the license.

13. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove EasyPLC f
iles from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

Licencia de uso y distribucin de EasyPLC

El programa EasyPLC se distribuye como DEMO o como versin Registrada. Esto signif
ica:
1. Todos los derechos de autor de EasyPLC son propiedad exclusiva del autor: Raf
ael Izquierdo.
2. Cualquier persona puede usar este programa para uso personal y privado durant
e un perodo de tiempo ilimitado.
3. Si usted utiliza EasyPLC para fines comerciales/profesionales deber adquirir u
na licencia de uso comercial. Existen dos tipos de licencia comercial para EasyP
LC:
Tipo Licencia 1: Licencia de USO para un slo ordenador. El usuario compra UNA Lic
encia para USAR EasyPLC en un SOLO ordenador. Por cada copia del software que ne
cesite utilizar deber adquirir una licencia. Una vez registrado, el usuario obtie
ne una licencia no exclusiva para usar EasyPLC en el ordenador donde se ha insta
lado el software. El software EasyPLC registrado puede ser vendido o explotado a
terceros.
Tipo Licencia 2: Licencia de USO para mltiples ordenadores, se suministra una lla
ve USB que permite ejecutar el software EasyPLC en cuaquier PC donde la llave US
B sea conectada.
4. La versin EasyPLC DEMO o Registrada NO puede ser distribuida por ningn medio. C
ada usuario debe descargar el programa de instalacin desde la web del autor: www.
nirtec.com
5. Ninguna persona o compaa puede distribuir partes separadas del paquete original
.
6. La versin EasyPLC DEMO o Registrada no puede ser distribuida ni empaquetada c
on cualquier otro producto sin el permiso por escrito del autor de EasyPLC.
7. No se podrn incluir llaves de registro, generadores de llaves o cualquier otro
programa ni instrucciones que permitan usar EasyPLC de forma ilegal.
8. Para registrarlo debe comprar EasyPLC, por favor, consulte en la web del auto

9. EL SOFTWARE EASYPLC SE DISTRIBUYE "TAL COMO ES". NO SE EXPRESA NI IMPLICA NIN

10. El usuario del software EasyPLC se compromete a NO USAR EasyPLC PARA UTILIZA
R DISPOSITIVOS QUE PONGAN EN PELIGRO LA SEGURIDAD O INTEGRIDAD HUMANA, TENGA EN
CUENTA QUE EL CDIGO DE EASYPLC PUEDE CONTENER FALLOS Y NI UN ORDENADOR PERSONAL N
I UN SISTEMA OPERATIVO DE USO GENERAL ESTN PREPARADOS PARA GESTIONAR AUTOMATISMOS
QUE REQUIERAN GARANTIZAR UN MNIMO DE SEGURIDAD EN EL USO POR PERSONAS.
11. Usted no puede usar, copiar, emular, clonar, alquilar, dejar, vender, modifi
car, descompilar, desensamblar, aplicar ningn mtodo de ingeniera inversa o transfer
ir el programa licenciado o cualquier parte de l, excepto en lo previsto por esta
licencia. Cualquiera de estos usos no autorizados resultar en la revocacin inmed
iata y automtica de esta licencia y ser objeto de persecucin civil y/o criminal.
No se permite usar ni aplicar ningn mtodo de ingeniera inversa sobre el cdigo
fuente de EasyPLC con el fin de recrear el algoritmo de motor de PLC, que es pro
pietario, sin el permiso por escrito del autor.
Todos los derechos no especificados explcitamente en esta licencia estn rese
rvados por Rafael Izquierdo.
12. Instalar y usar EasyPLC significa aceptar los trminos y condiciones de esta l
icencia.
13. Si usted no est de acuerdo con los trminos de esta licencia est obligado a bor
rar los ficheros que componen EasyPLC de todos sus dispositivos de almacenamien
to y dejar de usar este producto.
