Key Areas Covered:
Tracking the dividends and interest being received for the assets held and notifying the concerned
division for the trade discrepancy along with corporate action plan on the assets held by the clients.

Managing a team of 7 members for the process. Provided training to the team to understand the
concepts and there by speed up the processing.

Developing weekly calls setup with the onshore team to plan required training schedules for different
scenarios in-line with the progress of the accounts.

Accountable for arranging and conducting team meetings twice in a week to check the process

Highlights
