AGUS PRIATNA. Hubungan Pelaksanaan Model Pembelajaran Tematik dan

Kinerja Guru dengan Hasil Penilaian Autentik dalam Muatan Pelajaran IPA
Siswa Kelas V Sekolah Dasar Swasta di Kecamatan Rawa Lumbu.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan, mengkaji dan menganalisis data:
1) terdapat tidaknya hubungan antara model pembelajaran tematik dengan hasil
penilaian autentik dalam muatan pelajaran IPA siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar,
2) terdapat tidaknya hubungan antara kinerja guru dengan hasil penilaian autentik
dalam muatan pelajaran IPA siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar, 3) terdapat tidaknya
hubungan pelaksanaan model pembelajaran tematik dan kinerja guru secara
bersama-sama terhadap hasil penilaian autentik dalam muatan pelajaran IPA siswa
kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Hipotesis yang diuji adalah: 1) terdapat hubungan antara
model pembelajaran tematik dengan hasil penilaian autentik dalam muatan
pelajaran IPA siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar, 2) terdapat hubungan antara kinerja
guru dengan hasil penilaian autentik dalam muatan pelajaran IPA siswa kelas V
Sekolah Dasar, 3) terdapat hubungan pelaksanaan model pembelajaran tematik
dan kinerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil penilaian autentik dalam
muatan pelajaran IPA siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan
metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasi. Populasi target adalah guru dan murid
SD Swasta di Kecamatan Rawa Lumbu. Sampel diambil berdasarkan rumus
Slovin. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen yang dikembangkan sendiri
dengan melakukan modifikasi meliputi instrumen model pembelajaran tematik,
kinerja guru dan hasil penilaian autentik. Instrumen divalidasi dengan analisis
butir dengan uji korelasi Product Moment Pearson, sedangkan reliabilitas total
butir diukur dengan menggunakan koefisien alpha (Alpha Cronbach). Analisis
data menggunakan rumus korelasi dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan
hal-hal sebagai berikut: Pertama, nilai hubungan metode pembelajaran tematik
dengan hasil penilaian autentik adalah sebesar 0,791 dengan nilai signifikan
sebesar 0,000. Besaran koefisien determinasinya adalah sebesar 62,6%. Hasil
analisis regresi linear sederhana antara pasangan data metode pembelajaran
tematik (X1) dengan hasil penilaian autentik (Y) adalah = 20,812 + 0,772 X 1.
Kedua, nilai hubungan metode pembelajaran tematik dengan hasil penilaian
autentik adalah sebesar 0,761 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Besaran
koefisien determinasinya adalah sebesar 57,9%. Hasil analisis regresi linear
sederhana antara pasangan data kinerja guru (X2) dengan hasil penilaian autentik
(Y) adalah = 12,785 + 0,852 X 2. Ketiga, nilai hubungan metode pembelajaran
tematik dan kinerja guru secara bersama-sama dengan hasil penilaian autentik
adalah sebesar 0,835 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000. Besaran koefisien
determinasinya adalah sebesar 69,7%. Hasil analisis regresi ganda antara
pasangan data metode pembelajaran tematik (X1) dan kinerja guru (X2) secara
bersama-sama dengan hasil penilaian autentik (Y) adalah = 6,053 + 0,493 X 1 +
0,439 X2.

This study aims to collect, review and analyze the data: 1) there is a relationship
between thematic learning model with the results of authentic assessment in
science lessons charge Elementary School fifth grade students, 2) there is a
relationship between teacher performance assessment results in a charge

relationship of thematic learning model execution and performance of teachers
together to result in a charge of authentic assessment science lessons Elementary
School fifth grade students. Hypotheses tested were: 1) there is a relationship
between thematic learning model with the results of authentic assessment in
science lessons charge Elementary School fifth grade students, 2) there is a
relationship between teacher performance assessment results in a charge
authentic science lessons Elementary School fifth grade students, 3) there is a
relationship of thematic learning model execution and performance of teachers
together to result in a charge of authentic assessment science lessons Elementary
School fifth grade students. This study used survey method with a correlation
approach. The target population is a private elementary school teachers and
students in District Rawa Lumbu. Samples were taken based on the formula
Slovin. The instrument used was a self-developed instruments to make
modifications include instruments thematic learning model, the performance of
teachers and authentic assessment. Validated instrument with grain analysis with
Pearson Product Moment correlation test, while reliability total grain measured
using coefficient alpha (Cronbach's alpha). Analysis of data using correlation and
regression formulas. The study concluded the following things: First, the value of
relationships thematic learning method with the results of authentic assessment is
equal to 0.791 with a significant value of 0.000. The magnitude of the coefficient
of determination is equal to 62.6%. Results of simple linear regression analysis
between pairs of data thematic learning method (X1) with the results of authentic
assessment (Y) is = 20,812 + 0,772 X1. Second, the value of relationships
thematic learning method with the results of authentic assessment is equal to
0.761 with a significant value of 0.000. The magnitude of the coefficient of

between pairs of teacher performance data (X2) with the results of authentic
assessment (Y) is = 12,785 + 0,852 X2. Third, the value of relationships
thematic learning methods and teacher performance together with the results of
authentic assessment is equal to 0.835 with a significant value of 0.000. The
magnitude of the coefficient of determination is equal to 69.7%. The results of
multiple regression analysis between pairs of data thematic learning method (X1)
and the performance of teachers (X2) together with the results of authentic
assessment (Y) is = 6,053 + 0,493 X1 + 0,439 X2.
