Work Experience:-

Currently working with CBay Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd as Manager-Operations from October
2006 till date.
Accountable to Director-Operations & COO
Leading a team of 1 Assistant Manager, 1 Management Trainee, 3 Team Leaders and 10
Operations executives to manage operations.
Key Responsibilities:Operations

Independently handling 17 vendors spread all over India who are processing US$10
million worth business on annual basis.

Key responsibility of Vendor management & Capacity planning to ensure smooth running
of business.

Performed operational due diligence of new vendors for signing up of contracts and to
ensure successful startup. Performing quarterly audits of existing vendors to ensure
statutory and operational compliance.

Coordinating with front end (CBay US Team) for client deliverables on Turnaround Time
and Quality.

Developed, Introduced & Operationalized SOP for vendor management. Working as per
ISO 9001:2000 standards and conducting audits as an internal auditor.

Responsible for Operations MIS, such as TAT reports and volume reports to Client,
Vendors and Management.

System Orientation

Coordinating with IT team in India and US for mapping business requirements in to


existing systems, trouble-shooting and testing.

Coordinating with consultants to conceptualize, develop and implement next generation


platforms.

Mapped System to generate varied Reports for Analysis of Business Processes.

MIS

Responsible for operational analysis on Medical Transcription business review.

Capturing cost for 5 subsidiaries and planning volumes targets for achieving optimization
and profitability.

Estimation of Monthly Revenue for subsidiaries and the company on a weekly basis.

Managing Operations update on Volumes, Capacity, Client updates (New, Lost and AtRisk Clients), IT updates, MIS updates for monthly management report.

Monitoring and evaluating Vendor performance on all parameters.

Productivity analysis of Quality Assurance teams in India and US. The analysis is key to
determine cost effectiveness of QA and taking decisions on capacity.

Maintaining, tracking and analyzing line realization (cost per line) data of all vendors to
track profitability and quality.

Managing ad-hoc reports required by management, finance department, corporate


communications.

Worked with Venture Infotek Global Pvt Ltd as Assistant Manager-Operations from June
2005 to October 2006.

Summary of job responsibilities in Operations - Acquiring Department (October 2005 to


October 2006)

Responsible for operational activities for high profile customers like UTI, IDBI, Bank of
India and Nations Trust Bank along with Syndicate Bank, Union Bank of India, Vijaya
Bank and Jammu and Kashmir Bank.

Responsible for meeting of TATs for various activities and ensuring adherence to the
SLAs with all the customers.

Responsible for co-ordination with software products division of the company based in
