Broward State Attorney Office

201 Southeast 6th Street
Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301
Attention: Timothy Donnelly, Assistant State Attorney
Public Corruption Unit
RE: Criminal Complaint Against World-Famous Blogger Chaz Stevens
Hey Mr. Donnelly:
Did you know that folks around Deerfield Beach are filing an ethics complaint against
me, Chaz Stevens, for misuse of the citys brand.
Always willing to jump on a bandwagon, and take credit for the good (bad) work of
others, Id like to file a complaint against myself for violating Deerfield Beach Municipal
Code Sec. 2-1 Official Seal.
Our town charter states:
It shall be unlawful for any person to use the city seal without the express
approval of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach. Any violation
shall be punishable as set forth in F.S. 165.043.
F.S. 165.043 states:
The use of the municipal seal without the express approval of the governing
body is a second-degree misdemeanor.
I will also admit I did not receive the Commissions approval; a clear criminal violation
of F.S. 165.043, punishable by 60 days in jail.
Therefore, I respectfully request the Broward State Attorney thoroughly investigates
this matter and kick that damn blogger in the ass.
Pass me a bologna sandwich.

Timothy Chaz Stevens

Mayor Jean Robb
City of Deerfield Beach
Deerfield Beach, FL 33441

Dear Registered Voter and Member of St. Ambrose:

On March 10th there is a municipal election where you will be asked to choose
your representative from District 1. The future of the city of Deerfield Beach is in
your hands. I am imploring you to exercise your vote to elect Ron Coddington.
Your present commissioner is Joseph Miller. Joe has got to go. I have been a
member of St. Ambrose since 1962 and as your mayor, I have worked with
Commissioner Miller since I was elected in 2013. If I said "yes", he said "no". I
need to have someone who will represent you who is not simply happy with the
status Quo but has a regard for the taxpayers and the bottom line.

Let me give you some examples where Joe Miller has failed the taxpayers. He
voted to impose the utility tax so that 10% was added to your water and electric
bills. When that tax generated 6.2 million dollars, he voted to spend it rather than
use it to reduce your real estate tax. In 2012 he was one of the 4 votes that sent
our fire department to the BSO. He ignored the provision in 7.09 of the city
charter that says "anything that the city owned with a value in excess of 750,000
dollars could not be given unless it was determined by a referendum of the
registered voters". The public was never heard, and there was no referendum. As
a result, we have firefighters now with BSO eligible for pensions from FRS in
addition to what they have already earned from Deerfield Beach.
Most recently, Commissioner Miller joined with Commissioner Ganz on
December 2nd to discuss the allegations made by the Office of the Inspector
General against me. This brought up a discussion about St. Ambrose and Father
Dalton. The question was whether Father had the right to a RENEWAL of the
Parks and Recreation sticker for his car. The Parks and Recreation supervisor
claimed he was not entitled to one, that he never had one before, and that I as
the mayor had overstepped my authority. Father will tell you he already had a
sticker, and it had been given to him by Commissioner Miller. Miller never spoke
up at the meeting to admit his having given the sticker that Fr. Dalton already

had. Neither did he speak up to challenge the city manager's claim that the city
never swept St. Ambrose's parking lot. Former mayor Al Capellini and a number
of previous Parks and Recreation directors attested to the fact that Father always
had the parking sticker, and the city was constantly sweeping St. Ambrose's
parking lot after the city used it for fourth of July, Founder's Day, the Art Festival
and tree lighting in the Cove.

To add insult to injury, Commissioner Miller proposed placing the father of the
blogger Chaz Stevens on the Firefighters' pension Board. That blogger attacked
Fr. Dalton and the Catholic Church and used a number of derogatory statements
in referring to them. The man appointed to the board lives in the same house as
the blogger, but Commissioner Miller saw no problem with the appointment.

Do you believe Commissioner Miller is someone you can rely on? Please vote for
Ron Coddington for district 1 commissioner on March 10th. I need your help and
support.

Pd. Pol. Adv. by Mayor Jean M. Robb- seen and approved by the candidate,
Coddington
