Kamarul.

2. Write an email to the club secretary. Explain your feelings and make suggestions. Write 120-150

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing in regarding to the cancellation of annual fundraiser dinner. While I understand that a lack of
support, is a problem, I strongly believe that other options are available.
I would like to suggest a few suggestions to you. First, if I were you, I would find sponsorship from corporate
companies because they have special programs that support public activities. Second, a robust promotion about
the dinner via media will be perfectly working. For example, you can request the radio station to advertise the
dinner or publicize it in the blog where there are thousands of people who surf the net.
I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
Maya Karin
