Q) Which base packs can I avail under the 100% cash back offer?
A) You need to recharge your account minimum for 1 month with the pack of your choice starting with Silver Saver in
North India & Silver in South India but 100% cash back is available only on Gold, Gold Saver & Platinum. On other packs
(Silver/Silver Saver) you will get close to 100%.
Q) Is there any cash back if I choose Gold or any other lower packs?
A) Yes, Cash back is available on all packs. Minimum cash back under this offer is 81% in South India and 85% in North
India.

You will get a discount voucher booklet with the above mentioned discount coupons at the time of purchase of dishtv
connection. Each booklet has a unique code that will be tagged to your VC. Only discount coupons of the booklet tagged
to your VC at the time of activation can be availed by you.
Q) Where can I get my Voucher number from?
A) Your 12 digit voucher number is printed on the back side of your voucher booklet. Please refer to this number to avail
the voucher benefits.
Q) Can I gift the voucher that I will receive when I purchase a new connection to my relative/friend who also owns a
Dish Connection?
A) No, each voucher number is paired with the VC at the time of activation. The voucher benefit cannot be gifted to
anyone.

Q) How much cash back do I get through MOD Non stop discount Coupon?
A) Cost of monthly subscription is Rs. 30 and hence you get cash back of Rs. 360 through this coupon.
Q) Do I need to call the Call Centre to get the MOD activated when I purchase a new connection?
A) No, the MOD benefit will be activated automatically when the connection gets activated.
Q) Will the MOD discount coupon benefits lapse if my VC is de-active for a week?
A) If your VC is de-active at any time within 12 months from the date of activation, your MOD benefit shall continue, but
only for 12 months from the date of activation,
Q) What will happen to MOD Non stop discount coupon after 12 month period is over?
A) At the time of activation, you have to mention if you want to continue the MOD Pack after 12 Months or not. Monthly
charges of Rs.30 will be applicable on MOD Non Stop A-la-carte pack after the offer period.

If you downgrade to a pack which is below your original (activation) pack at any point of time, then all your
discount coupons and benefits will lapse.
Q) Is there any time limit within which I have to use this coupon?
A) Yes, the amount of Rs. 225 has to be used within 5 Months from the day of activation after which the remaining
amount will lapse. Your viewing days will be adjusted on the basis of a-la-carte packs you choose.

Q) Can I choose one A-La-Carte today and get the same replaced by another A-La-Carte the next day?
A) No, an A-La-Carte once activated will continue for the next 5 months or till the expiry of Rs 225 in your account;
whichever is earlier. You cannot replace the selected A-La-Carte with any new A-La-Carte pack. You can only add new ala-carte packs, but cannot discontinue or replace already selected a-la-carte packs.

In case the total value of the packs exceeds Rs. 225 then your number of viewing days (free A- La- Carte) will
reduce on the basis of daily billing rate as applicable basis the a-la-carte pack price
If you are de-active for 30 days, than all your vouchers will lapse. So make sure you are not de-active and
account is recharged timely.

If you downgrade to a pack which is below your original (activation) pack at any point of time, then all your

Q) What is Recharge discount Coupon?
A) Recharge discount Coupon entitles you to a discount on monthly subscription of your base pack. There will be 12
discount coupons for this, one coupon for each month. You can redeem these coupons while recharging your dishtv

Q) In case, if I choose Silver Saver pack at the time of activation, and wants to upgrade to Platinum (which is not the
immediate pack after Silver Saver), through upgrade voucher, how can I avail the Upgrade voucher benefit under this
offer?
A) You will get a free upgrade from Silver Saver to Gold for one month (which is your entitled upgraded pack), but in case
if you wish to upgrade to a more higher pack, then the differential amount would be charged.
Q) If I want to upgrade to Gold pack using the Upgrade voucher benefit in the Cash back offer and after one month, I
want to go back to Silver Saver (which is my original activation pack), will there be any extra charges for the same?
A) If you move back to your original base pack (activation pack), then there will be no extra charge (down gradation
charge) levied. But if you downgrade below your activation pack, then down gradation charge will be levied.
Q) If I activate my connection with Gold pack and with upgrade voucher, upgrade to Gold Saver pack for a month. Then
after 4 months I again upgrade to platinum pack, but after a month only I now downgrade to Gold pack. Will the down
gradation charges be applicable then?
A) Upgrade voucher can be used only once, after which you are allowed to come back to your original base pack, with no
down-gradation charge being levied. Later if you again upgrade to a higher pack, and then downgrade to any pack,
downgrade policy shall apply and down-gradation charge will be levied.
Q) Can I avail Titanium offer after a month? How will I avail the recharge & upgrade coupon benefits in this case?
A) You cannot avail Titanium offer with this offer, as no 2 offers can be clubbed together.
Q) If I upgraded my pack from Silver to Gold, then I will get recharge benefit according to which pack i.e. For Silver @
Rs.15/- pm or for Gold @ Rs.30/- pm?
A) In case you upgrade, then you will get benefits according to your current pack, i.e. for Gold pack @ Rs.30pm
