You will get a discount voucher booklet with the above mentioned discount coupons at the time of purchase of dishtv
connection. Each booklet has a unique code that will be tagged to your VC. Only discount coupons of the booklet tagged
to your VC at the time of activation can be availed by you.
Q) Where can I get my Voucher number from?
A) Your 12 digit voucher number is printed on the back side of your voucher booklet. Please refer to this number to avail
the voucher benefits.

Q) What if I lose my voucher booklet?

A) No, Problem. The Voucher number is paired with the VC at the time of activation. In case you remember your voucher
number, please quote the same in your communication with the contact centre. If not, the call centre team will be able
to provide it to you.

Q) Can I gift the voucher that I will receive when I purchase a new connection to my relative/friend who also owns a
Dish Connection?
A) No, each voucher number is paired with the VC at the time of activation. The voucher benefit cannot be gifted to
anyone.

Q) Is this scheme applicable for existing customers?

A) No, this scheme is applicable only for new acquisitions

Q) Will the voucher benefits lapse in case my VC is faulty/ replaced?

A) No

your voucher benefits will not lapse, and will be credited to your new VC.

MOD Non Stop Discount Coupon

Q) What is MOD Non Stop discount Coupon?

A) MOD (Movie on Demand) discount Coupon will entitle you free subscription of MOD Non Stop a-La-Carte (Channel No.
254) for a period of 12 Months from the date of activation.

Q) How much cash back do I get through MOD Non stop discount Coupon?
A) Cost of monthly subscription is Rs. 30 and hence you get cash back of Rs. 360 through this coupon.

Q) What do I have to do to redeem the MOD Non stop discount coupon?

A) MOD discount coupon will be redeemed automatically at the time of activation.

Q) Do I need to call the Call Centre to get the MOD activated when I purchase a new connection?
A) No, the MOD benefit will be activated automatically when the connection gets activated.

Q) On which Channel can I watch the Non Stop MOD?

A) You can watch MOD Non Stop on channel No. 254.

Q) Will the MOD discount coupon benefits lapse if my VC is de-active for a week?
A) If your VC is de-active at any time within 12 months from the date of activation, your MOD benefit shall continue, but
only for 12 months from the date of activation,

Q) What will happen to MOD Non stop discount coupon after 12 month period is over?
A) At the time of activation, you have to mention if you want to continue the MOD Pack after 12 Months or not. Monthly
charges of Rs.30 will be applicable on MOD Non Stop A-la-carte pack after the offer period.

A-la-Carte Discount Coupon

Q) What is A-La-Carte discount Coupon?

A) A-La-Carte discount Coupon entitles you A-La-Carte value worth Rs.225 in your dishtv account.

Q) How much cash back do I get through this?

A) Total cash back will be Rs. 225. i.e. you can avail any a-la-carte packs available as per your base pack (except HD a-lacarte pack and annual a-la-carte packs) totaling to Rs.225

Q) Is there any time limit within which I have to use this coupon?
A) Yes, the amount of Rs. 225 has to be used within 5 Months from the day of activation after which the remaining
amount will lapse. Your viewing days will be adjusted on the basis of a-la-carte packs you choose.

Q) What do I have to do to redeem the A-La-Carte discount coupon?

A) There are 2 ways in which you can redeem these coupons:

Call & inform the customer care about the a-la-carte packs of your choice.

SMS Call Me from your registered mobile number and we will call you back and take the details.

Q) Can I choose one A-La-Carte today and get the same replaced by another A-La-Carte the next day?
A) No, an A-La-Carte once activated will continue for the next 5 months or till the expiry of Rs 225 in your account;
whichever is earlier. You cannot replace the selected A-La-Carte with any new A-La-Carte pack. You can only add new ala-carte packs, but cannot discontinue or replace already selected a-la-carte packs.
Validity & Other Important Points
In case the total value of the packs exceeds Rs. 225 then your number of viewing days (free A- La- Carte) will
reduce on the basis of daily billing rate as applicable basis the a-la-carte pack price
If you are de-active for 30 days, than all your vouchers will lapse. So make sure you are not de-active and
account is recharged timely.

Recharge Discount Coupon
Q) What is Recharge discount Coupon?

A) Recharge discount Coupon entitles you to a discount on monthly subscription of your base pack. There will be 12
discount coupons for this, one coupon for each month. You can redeem these coupons while recharging your dishtv
account.

Q) How much cash back do I get through this?

Q) What do I have to do to redeem the Recharge discount coupon?

A) After recharging the pack, there are 2 ways in which you can redeem these coupons, but both these procedures have
to be done within 7 days of the recharge or payment made.
Call and inform the customer care about the payment that you have made and in case of multi payments, do not
forget to mention the total amount of months for which the payment is made.

Q) If I make payment for 3 months at the time of purchase, then how will I redeem my recharge vouchers?
A) If you make payment for 3 months at the time of activation (purchase) then, your recharge benefits will be
automatically redeemed depending on the base pack chosen and the amount paid. So if you recharge for 12 Months at
the time of activation, then all your recharge coupons will be automatically redeemed and you will not have to call the
customer care.
Validity & Other Important Points
These coupons must be availed within 12 Months from the date of activation.
Unused value at the end of every month will lapse and cannot be carried forward.
To redeem the voucher you need to meet the following conditions, else your coupons will lapse:o You should recharge your account on or before the due date
o One month minimum payment should be made for each recharge of your base pack
o You need to call the customer care or SMS Call Me within 7 days of recharge.

Q) In case, if I choose Silver Saver pack at the time of activation, and wants to upgrade to Platinum (which is not the
immediate pack after Silver Saver), through upgrade voucher, how can I avail the Upgrade voucher benefit under this
offer?
A) You will get a free upgrade from Silver Saver to Gold for one month (which is your entitled upgraded pack), but in case
if you wish to upgrade to a more higher pack, then the differential amount would be charged.
Q) If I want to upgrade to Gold pack using the Upgrade voucher benefit in the Cash back offer and after one month, I
want to go back to Silver Saver (which is my original activation pack), will there be any extra charges for the same?
A) If you move back to your original base pack (activation pack), then there will be no extra charge (down gradation
charge) levied. But if you downgrade below your activation pack, then down gradation charge will be levied.
Q) If I activate my connection with Gold pack and with upgrade voucher, upgrade to Gold Saver pack for a month. Then
after 4 months I again upgrade to platinum pack, but after a month only I now downgrade to Gold pack. Will the down
gradation charges be applicable then?
A) Upgrade voucher can be used only once, after which you are allowed to come back to your original base pack, with no
down-gradation charge being levied. Later if you again upgrade to a higher pack, and then downgrade to any pack,
downgrade policy shall apply and down-gradation charge will be levied.
Q) Can I avail Titanium offer after a month? How will I avail the recharge & upgrade coupon benefits in this case?

A) You cannot avail Titanium offer with this offer, as no 2 offers can be clubbed together.

Q) If I upgraded my pack from Silver to Gold, then I will get recharge benefit according to which pack i.e. For Silver @
Rs.15/- pm or for Gold @ Rs.30/- pm?
A) In case you upgrade, then you will get benefits according to your current pack, i.e. for Gold pack @ Rs.30pm

Multi TV Connection

Q) Is this offer available on Multi TV Connection?

A) Yes, this offer is available on Multi TV connection. You will have to get a pack activated (same as your parent
connection) for minimum 1 month, but only MOD Non Stop discount coupon will be available and no others benefit are
allowed on multi connection.

Q) What packs can I get activated on Multi Connection?

A) For Multi TV connection, as per policy you can get the following packs activated:1.Select Cities:- Gold, Gold Saver and Platinum packs at a monthly subscription of Rs.160. Multi TV pack has to be
same, as your parent connection pack. (To know names of select cities, please visit Multi TV offer page)
2.Other Cities:- Only Platinum pack will be available at a monthly subscription of Rs.230. Both Multi TV pack and
parent connection pack has to be on Platinum.

Q) Is this offer available on HD and HD Exchange offer?

A) Yes, this offer is available on HD and HD Exchange offer also. You can avail all 4 discount coupons under this offer with
