The following is the Order of Precedence observed in the Republic of the Philippines. It is
only used to indicate ceremonial protocol and has no legal standing; it does not reflect the
presidential line of succession or the equal status of the branches of government under the
1987 Constitution.

The Order of Precedence among former Presidents of the Philippines is based on who was
the immediate past President. Thus, the Order among them is as follows:
