One (1) entry per barangay only.

Must be officially endorsed by the Barangay Captain.
Float may be arranged using recycled, indigenous, and raw materials.
No specific size and height but be sure it must avoid entanglement with the existing
buntings and electric wires.
5. May showcase a specific (one) o a variety (2 or more) of Carranglan Products.
6. Float theme must be limited to Carranglan Gintong Butil Festival.
7. Must come on time on the date of Float Parade.
8. Parade shall start exactly on the time specified in the program.
9. Late comers may follow & must find their way to catch-up with the parade.
10. Deadline for submission of entries is on March 25, 2015 at 4:00PM.

8. Length of performance showdown: 8minutes
9. Each group member must strictly be a resident of the participating barangay.
