2013:

KRONES 42K RGB line: Highest ever one day production 35,700 PHC, with highest ever LE 85%, Have
beaten all its previous records since installation.
KRONES 42K RGB line: has touched highest ever production numbers of 7, 04,435 PHC in a month.
Up gradation and commissioning of EBI to ASEBI at KRONES 42K RGB, has improved empty bottle
inspection from manual technique to latest method across world.

2012:

Achieved 78% YTD SLE while target is YTD 75%.

Improvement in COKE System:


-

Automation of Air Knifes before Videojet machine with sensors in such a way that it stops air supply to air
knifes when there are no bottles at conveyor.
Modification of case turning conveyors with rollers to avoid production loss due to malfunctioning of this
conveyor system.
Installation of Encoders at caser\ Uncaser machines improves more precise operation of these machines also
decreases number of major breakdowns due to this.
Installation of motorized Lifting Jack System instead of manual system at filler RGB Paktool to reduce
changeover time.
Replacement of 1.5 HP motors with 1 HP motors at crate washer and case conveyor to improve EUR.
Installations of VFD at filler discharge conveyor synchronize conveyor speed with filler to improve SLE.
