GENERAL MARKET PARAMETERS
The Market Manager is to be responsible for the recruitment of vendors, distribution and explanation of
Market policies and procedures, approval of merchandise to be sold, assigning spaces and executing
vendor agreements. The Market Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Market
and shall be vendors point of contact for questions and issues that arise during the Market. The Market
Manager may move any vendor booth at any time for any reason. The Market Manager reserves the
right to determine whether merchandise or displays meet the Markets objectives and criteria for
participation. If you would prefer to use a display different than the display provided, you may be able
to do so based solely on the Market Managers discretion.
The Market will generally be open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 7 days per week.
The Market Manager maintains the right to close the Market any day for any reason. The Market
Manager may increase or decrease the size of the Market in its sole discretion for reasons including but
not limited to staffing, set-up and load in issues, and clean-up costs. The Market Manager determines
where each Vendor is placed within the Market and may limit the number of spaces to be used by any
one Vendor. No Vendor space is permanent and may be moved or removed at any time by the Market
Manager.
Vendors participate in the Market as independent businesses and are therefore responsible for setting
their own donations. Predatory pricing strategies or intentional undercutting are not allowed and can
result in expulsion from the Market. Weights and measures are expected to be in accordance with
applicable local, state and federal rules and regulations.
There are to be no transfers of cannabis or cannabis based products that violate state or local
regulations including bulk transfers exceeding 1.5 pounds. The Market Manager retains the right to
weigh products being transferred at the market to ensure that they do not exceed this limit or violate
any local or state regulations. Vendors transferring cannabis or cannabis based products that exceed this
limit will lose their space for the day and can be suspended permanently from participating in the
market at any future date. Sales or transfers in the parking lot, anywhere on the property outside of the
market itself or on the surrounding streets will result in termination of all rights to participate in the
market as they present an untenable safety issue for all of the other vendors.
SET UP AND BREAK-DOWN/MARKET OPERATIONS
Vendors will have from 9:00 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. each day to load in. No Vendor may enter the Farmers
Market prior to 9:00 a.m. unless the Market Manager has approved such early entry. All booths must be
completely set up by 10:00 a.m. and stay open with complete set up until 8:00 p.m. Promptly at 8:00 pm
Vendors must pack all supplies before bringing their vehicle into the parking lot. Vendors are to load and
unload their vehicles within the confines of the Farmers Market parking lot to ensure a secure transfer
into the building and back into their vehicle. Our number one priority is the safety and security of
patients and vendors and we will be taking steps to ensure that objective remains our focus.
Vendors are responsible for all set up materials including, but not limited to signage and tablecloths.
Any signage must be properly displayed with Vendors business name by either an easel or an A-frame,
or hung securely on designated structures. No signs shall be on the ground outside of the booth or

permitted on a dry eraser board or chalkboard. Market Manager has the right to ask Vendor to change
signage at any time to meet these requirements.
Vendors shall maintain their booths in a neat, organized manner, free from clutter. Vendors are not
permitted to keep and/or bring any pets with them during the course of the market. Vendors are also
expected to be groomed to at least a minimum standard, especially as relates to hygiene.
Violation of any general public safety rules or Market policy listed in this Agreement by Vendor or
Vendors staff or exhibition of improper behavior may result in termination of space rental. Vendors
shall generally be given a written warning as a courtesy from the Market Manager of any such violation
but is not required prior to termination. The Market Manager may remove the Vendor if such
violation(s) occur without warning.
Vendors shall conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner with other Vendors,
Market personnel and Market patrons. Failure to do so is cause for immediate removal from the Market.
Under NO circumstance may any vendor approach another vendor to discuss vendor activities,
operational or product issues. Any issues that may arise concerning another Vendors products, behavior,
appropriateness or practices must be addressed directly to the Market Manager in writing.
Vendors providing samples to patients must ensure that they are doing so in dose appropriate amounts.
Discretion, safety and security are primary issues. Vendors providing patients with samples of cannabis
products will be held to strict standards regarding safe use of equipment, dose appropriateness and
accountability for any issues that may arise as a result of negligence. Vendors are the experts and will be
held to a standard of expertise when providing samples to patients. Vendors desiring to use ignition
devices larger than a cigarette lighter personally or to heat an implement for a patient, must read and
sign the Ignition Devices Warnings and Practices waiver prior to doing so.
