Mr.Aldermanproducedandpresentedaresearchpaperexaminingthesimilaritiesin
projectsandtheirmanagementpracticesforthesoftwareandtheatreindustries.He
explainedthatSoftwareDevelopmentandTheatricalDesignaretwoprojectbasedcreative
industrieswithmanyinterestingsimilaritiesintermsofboththeprojectsundertakenand
thepeoplewhoworkonthem.Thisexaminationofthepracticesthatprojectmanagers
utilizewhileoverseeingtheseprojectsandpeoplerevealedpotentialeffectiveness
improvementmethodsandhelpfulinsightsintothecreativeprocess.Mr.Aldermanis
continuingtorefinetheresearchwiththehopeofpublishinginatheatricaltradejournalor
otherindustryresource.

stretchingfor9months.
