Hello, this is _____________, and I am a student at Musial University. My marketing class


is conducting a confidential survey for the University regarding former students as yourself.
This is not a sales call or solicitation for a contribution or donation. We are just interested
in your opinions. There will be absolutely no solicitation as a result of your participation.
