Ethical standards are very important in business, but they are not always followed.

If you
have ever held a job even a summer job describe the ethical climate in the organization
where you worked. Did employees work a full day or did they arrive late and leave early?
Did employees honestly report the hours they worked? Did employers resources for their
own purpose? Did managers set a good example? Did the organization have a code of ethics
and were employee made aware of its existence? If the ethical climate in the organization
you worked for was what problems, if any did it create?
No we have no batter idea of ethical climate of organization because of not any job experiences.
But we got lot information about ethical climate in organization from our senior. Who has a job
experiences in NESTLE Company
Nestle is one of the famous company which is known by its high quality products, good
relationship with stakeholder and excellent climate in organization.
There are different honorable and ethical actions which adopt by team Nestle.
HONESTY
Ethical executives are, above all, worthy of trust and honesty is the cornerstone of trust. Ethical
executives do not deliberately mislead or deceive others by misrepresentations, overstatements,
partial truths, selective omissions, or any other means.
The key of successes of Nestle is they are very honest in communication. The mission statement
law and rules are very clear. They do not deceive their customers as well as employees. The
mission statement of Nestle is Provide pure goods and they are providing.
PROMISE-KEEPING
Organization can be trusted because they make every reasonable effort to fulfill the letter and
spirit of their promises and commitments. Organization does not interpret agreements in an
unreasonably technical or legalistic manner in order to rationalize non-compliance or create
justifications for escaping their commitments.

Here Nestle is very committed toward its promise. The high authority of Nestle has been
providing all resources and facilities to his employers, which help to them to fulfill those promise
that taken by Nestle.
CARING
Organization should caring, compassionate, benevolent and kind. And must understand the
concept of stakeholders (those who have a stake in a decision because they are affected by it) and
they always consider the business, financial and emotional consequences of their actions on all
stakeholders.
Nestle company is very caring compassionate and kind toward it stakeholders. They provided all
those services which are good for their stakeholders. And build trust among the customer HUM
KHUD IKATTHA KRTE HN. And introduce different policies within organization that are
beneficial for their workers.
RESPECT FOR OTHERS
Ethical executives demonstrate respect for the human dignity, autonomy, privacy, rights, and
interests of all those who have a stake in their decisions; they are courteous and treat all people
with equal respect and dignity regardless of sex, race or national origin.
In nestle company there is no room for inequity, gender discrimination and disrespect of other.
The high authority of Nestle gives respect to his all worker and involves in all decision. If the
Nestle Company introduces new polices and do something new than they ask to their workers to
give feedback. If people do his work best then he should be reward with bonus.
LEADERSHIP
Ethical executives are conscious of the responsibilities and opportunities of their position of
leadership and seek to be positive ethical role models by their own conduct and by helping to
create an environment in which principled reasoning and ethical decision making are highly
prized.

The leadership of Nestle is excellent because they set good example, supporting others in
adhering to ethics standards, the training their worker and have a open talk with their
subordinate.
Conclusion
The main key of success of Nestle is they put effort on work rather than words. Nestle company
has a strong ethical culture, norms and values. The ethical climate of Nestle is good. Workers
like to work here and they are very loyal with organizational culture. The high leadership made
great example in Nestle, they come early and leave after time and put their full effort in
organizational affairs. Some time worker used their own resources to solve problem because they
are loyal with the company.
